I remember that I once found a feat that let you ignore a certain amount of natural armor or armor when making an attack. I can't however remember what the feat was or what book it was in. Can anyone help me out here?

Well, two of these allow you to ignore armor, the other to ignore hardness.

Deep Impact
Focused Sunder
Unavoidable Strike

There's also Deft Strike from Complete Adventurer. [Link to non-OGL material removed]

Part of armor? Chink in the Armor. Song and Silence, 3.0
Req: Expertise.
Take a standard action to study an opponent, and in your next single attack, ignore half his AC from armors (not counting magic bonuses) or natural armor (not counting from magic itens).

Very useful against creatures with high natural armor.

If you have complete scoundrel, there is a skill trick. It does nearly the same thing as Deft Strike, but has a lower DC, if I remember correctly.
