This Prestige Class was designed for the Tears of Blood Homebrew, so some of this might be unfamiliar to you. I'm posting this here as well to see if you guys can spot any glaring balance issues that I might have overlooked. (There is probably one that's really really glaring but I'm kinda tired...)

Weeping Fist


Idea: Plaguetouched who, through meditation and training, pursues enlightenment through his affliction.

Requirements: Improved Unarmed Strike, Stunning Fist Ability, Purity of Body, Base Attack Bonus +4

Class Skills: (4+Int Modifier per level) The Weeping Fist’s Class Skills and the key abilities for each are Balance (Dex), Climb (Str), Concentration (Con), Craft (Int), Diplomacy (Cha), Escape Artist (Dex), Hide (Dex), Jump (Str), Knowledge (arcana) (Int), Knowledge (religion) (Int), Listen (Wis), Move Silently (Dex), Perform (Cha), Profession (Wis), Sense Motive (Wis), Spot (Wis), Swim (Str), and Tumble (Dex).

Weapon and Armor Proficiencies: A Weeping Fist gains no proficiency in weapons or armor.

Monk Abilities: Weeping Fist levels stack with Monk Levels for determining Unarmed Strike Damage, Movement Speed increases and AC Bonus.

Wisdom Bonus: At first level the Weeping Fist achieves a higher state of understanding, regaining the wisdom that was denied to him due to his affliction. At 5th level this bonus increases to +4

Clarity of Blood (Lesser) : At Second Level the Weeping Fist gains minor mastery of his body, to the point where he may utilize his physical weakness as an advantage. At the cost of 1 Stunning Fist Attempt per round, the Weeping Fist may enter a state of focus similar to when he attains Weeping Eyes, however his Plague Scars become altered in such a way to make them useful in combat. Entering a form is a swift action. After the effect ends, his eyes continue to bleed for another 1d12 rounds. A Weeping Fist may not enter Clarity of Blood while exhausted.

Clarity of Form (Ex): By utilizing unique shapes in his bone structure the Weeping Fist’s unarmed strikes may deal bludgeoning, piercing or slashing damage, He may choose any one of these damage types for any attack he wishes, Also, his unarmed strikes deal 2 additional damage. However the Weeping Fist takes 1d3 nonlethal damage for each blow that connects. A Weeping Fist may only take this ability if they have chosen “Deformed Bone Structure” as their Plague Scar

Clarity of Motion (Ex) : The Weeping Fist moves in such a frantic and confusing way that he is difficult to strike. He gains a +2 Dodge Bonus to AC. In addition he gains a +1 competence bonus on attack rolls due to his strikes becoming difficult to predict. However, he may only move half his movement speed. A Weeping Fist may only take this ability if they have chosen “Tics Tremors and Loss of Coordination” as their Plague Scar
Clarity of Control (Ex) : The Weeping Fist begins to sieze, but rather than falling into a complete jumble of random thrashing, your seizure takes the form of unique combat motions, striking out with furious, rapid blows. During this time each round you make a single attack at your full base attack bonus to each opponent within reach. After the effect ends you are prone and fatigued. A Weeping Fist may only take this ability if they have chosen “Still has the Occasional Massive Seizure” as their Plague Scar

Clarity of Twin Minds (Su) : The Weeping Fist’s body matches the speed of his mind, moving twice as fast as normal. He is treated as though affected by the Haste Spell for the duration of the effect, however after the effect ends he is immediately Exhausted. A Weeping Fist may only take this ability if they have chosen “Mood/Personality Changes” as their Plague Scar

Clarity of Senses (Su) : The Weeping Fist enters a meditative state and sends out a spectral scout similar to the Arcane Eye spell. The effect lasts for 3 minutes. A Weeping Fist may only take this ability if they have chosen “Degradation of Senses” as their Plague Scar

Clarity of Memory (Su) : The Weeping Fist becomes able to consciously force his body to “forget” damage it has sustained, gaining Damage Reduction 4/- However he is stunned for 1 round after the effect ends. A Weeping Fist may only take this ability if they have chosen “Trouble Remembering Things” as their Plague Scar

Touch of Fatigue: The Weeping Fist gains two additional uses of his Touch of Fatigue ability at second level, and two more at fourth level.

Extra Stunning: The Weeping Fist gains Extra Stunning as a Bonus Feat at 3rd Level.

Clarity of Blood (Greater) : The Weeping Fist perfects the use of his unique physiology to a greater extent. Changing the form of his Clarity of Blood.

However, you cannot move during this state. Entering this form costs an additional Stunning Fist attempt. You may choose to enter it with only 1 Stunning Fist Attempt, but you are immediately prone and fatigued afterwards. A Weeping Fist may only take this ability if they have chosen “Still has the Occasional Massive Seizure” as their Plague Scar

Greater Clarity of Twin Minds (Su) : The Weeping Fist’s body matches the speed of his mind, moving twice as fast as normal. He is treated as though affected by the Haste Spell for the duration of the effect. In addition, he creates 1 Mirror Images (as the spell) per class level that last until struck or until Clarity of Twin Minds ends. However after the effect ends he is immediately Fatigued, should he attempt to use this ability while Fatigued he is then Exhausted. A Weeping Fist may only take this ability if they have chosen “Mood/Personality Changes” as their Plague Scar

Greater Clarity of Senses (Su) : The Weeping Fist enters a meditative state and effectively casts the Scrying Spell. (DC 10 + ½ his character level + his Wisdom Modifier) Alternatively, he can create an Arcane Eye that lasts for 1 minute per Class Level. A Weeping Fist may only take this ability if they have chosen “Degradation of Senses” as their Plague Scar

Greater Clarity of Memory (Su) : The Weeping Fist becomes able to consciously force his body to “forget” damage it has sustained, gaining Damage Reduction equal to Twice his Class Level. A Weeping Fist may only take this ability if they have chosen “Trouble Remembering Things” as their Plague Scar

Weeping Fist Strike: (Su) The technique that the Class is named for. The Weeping Fist Strike is a special attack utilizing the knowledge that the Weeping Fist has gained through his progression through the class. By spending 1 Stunning Fist Attempt and 1 Touch of Fatigue Attempt the Weeping Fist may force his own affliction onto a foe for a short duration. A Weeping Fist must announce that he is using this ability before making his attack roll. Constructs, Oozes, Plants, Giants and Undead cannot be affected. When the Weeping Fist strikes the target, the target must make a Fortitude Saving Throw (DC 10 + ½ the Weeping Fist’s Character Level + The Weeping Fist’s Wisdom Modifier.) If the target fails the saving throw, he is exhausted and is affected for 3d4 rounds thereafter with Weeping Eyes, and the Weeping Fist’s particular Plague’s Scar.

Is Touch of Fatigue a 1/day ability of any Plagued touched? Or do they get that at first level and you didn't mention?
