These strange golems are made of solid chocolate, often animated by intermediate wizards as pranks or gifts. They stand 7 feet tall, weighing about 500 pounds. These golems can understand basic commands through Common, but do not speak.

Sweet Allure (Su): As a gaze attack up to three times its reach (30 ft. for this stat block), the Chocolate Golem may create an intense craving which drives the creature mad. The creature must succeed on a DC 15 Will save (HD-based DC) or become confused for as long as it is within range of the gaze attack.

Melted (Ex): When struck by fire damage, any successful attack the Chocolate Golem makes for 3 rounds has a 20% chance of slowing the victim for 3 rounds (as the spell slow; +10% per size category above Large). This does not prevent the damage.

Special Vulnerabilities (Ex): The Chocolate Golem is made from pure chocolate, which leaves the creature susceptible to certain types of attacks. The golem is vulnerable to fire, taking an additional 50% damage, as well as bite attack, which gain a +4 bonus to damage and confirming critical hits. One bite is enough food for a day as this chocolate is magical, after all.

Immunity to Magic (Su): As most golems, the Chocolate Golem is immune to all spells and effects that allow spell resistance. In addition to these effects, when struck by a cold spell, the golem gains a natural AC bonus equal to that spell's level. This stacks with its existing natural AC for 1 minute. Each fire spell cast on it during this time reduces the highest natural AC bonus provided from this ability by the fire spell's level.

Construction:
For materials, it requires 500 pounds of chocolate at a cost of about 600 gp. If chocolate is rare, it could cost 750 gp for imported goods.

Assembling the body requires a DC 14 Craft (candymaking) check.

CL 7th; Craft Construct, confusion, protection from energy, endure elements, caster must be at least 7th level; Price 14,000 gp; Cost 7,000 gp + 280 XP.

Interesting. you should through Lord's voting explanation in front. Good find on the picture.

Why did you decide to keep the five by adamantine?

Specify that there immunity doesn't protect them from fire damage.

That's pretty awesome.

I like it. I dunno bout the 'one bite is enough food for a day'. Does that mean it is magical and when you take a bite you don't have to eat for the rest of the day?

Nice picture. I'll vote yes.

Now that you mention it, bludgeoning would make more sense. Nothing like cracking up a giant (chocolate) Easter bunny.

Awesome. Pure, dark-chocolatey goodness. I can picture the PC's faces now:

"Hmmm, what's that smell? I think there's a candy shop nearby."
*Chocolate Golem appears*
"Quick! Wizard, cast Fireball!"
*Melts, but keeps on coming and attacks a party member*
"Oh, the horror! The sweet, gooey, and chocolatey horror!!!"

This gets my vote, definetly

The '-' for intellegence kinda puts a damper on that as written...

Do they have to be large? Could you make small or tiny ones? wrap them in foil, and send them mixed with regular choclates inside of a box?

"oooh this one's Carmel."
"what's that one?"
"I think it's... OH GOD, MY MOUTH!"

Speaking of, fillings for "breath" attacks?

Cherry for fire, caramel for cold/slow, peanuts for petrification, Coconut for nauseate.

Eh, that'd seem more of a job for animate object.

Even though intentionally TPKing a party is not nice, even I would have to laugh if my group got wiped out by chocolate. This is deliciously awesome.

Player 1: No, don't walk into the dark ... chocolate

Player 2: I can't help it, it smells like hazelnut (gets attacked) ow, it's deliciously crushing my face (sniffs). Ooooh! It has nougat! Chomp!

Special vulnerabilities: it takes more damage and is easier to crit with bite attacks.

The final "Yes". Yay for candy and chocolate and doom!
That, and it's nice to see a golem that costs only a little bit, for the low level, meatshield-deprived wizards.

The point is now moot but still: Yes, oh **** yes!

Hmmn. There appears to be some problem with the Attacks. At some point I think you must have created this with Strength 20, as the Grapple and Damage Modifiers seem off.

I think it should be:

BAB 7, Grapple 14 [BAB 7 + 4 Strength + 4 Size -1 Size], though I'm not certain that's the right way to calculate it.
Damage is a bit clearer cut, should be 2D8+4, rather than 2D8+5, unless I'm missing something.

ASSASSINS

TINY CHOCOLATE ASSASSIN GOLEMS.

How about a small army of Small-sized Chocolate Golems shaped like bunny rabbits? That would be tasty/scary
