Alignment: Any
Hit Die: 1d8

Class Skills:
The class skills of the traveller (and the key ability for each skill) are Balance (Dex), Climb (Str), Craft (Int), Escape Artist (Dex), Handle Animal (Cha), Jump (Str), Knowledge (Dungeoneering) (Int), Knowledge (Geography) (Int), Knowledge (Local) (Int), Knowledge (The planes) (Int), Move Silently (Dex), Perform (Dance) (Cha), Ride (Dex), Sleight of Hand (Dex) and Survival (Wis).
Skill Points at 1st Level: (4 + Int modifier) × 4
Skill Points at Each Additional Level: 4 + Int modifier

Weapon and Armour Proficiency
Travellers are proficient in all simple and martial weapons and with all kinds of shields except tower shields. Using armour inhibits travellers' abilities, but shields (except tower shields) do not. No traveller class features except for proficiency function when she wears armour or uses a tower shield.

Travel (Su)

As a standard action, the traveller can teleport a number of feet equal to her level squared times ten.

Speed Bonus (Ex)

A traveller gets a bonus to speed as given on Table: The Traveller.

Swift Defence (Ex)

A traveller adds her dexterity bonus to her armour class, in addition to the normal dexterity modifier to AC. However, if she is caught flat-footed, only the normal bonus is negated, not the swift defence bonus.

Dimensional Strike (Ex)

Whenever a traveller teleports, irrespective of how she did it, she can immediately make an attack at her highest base attack bonus as a free action. If she teleports more than once in a single round, subsequent attacks are reduced as though she were making a full attack. She can only make additional attacks per round in this way equal to the number she makes per round in a full attack.

She deals extra damage equal to 1d6 plus another 1d6 per 3 levels after 1st if her target is within 30 feet. This damage represents the extra force applied to her attack by the teleportation, and is not multiplied on a critical hit, but since it doesn't rely on an obvious anatomy, it is not treated as precision damage when determining who can be affected.

Travel Companion

From 2nd level, when a traveller uses her Travel ability, she can take 1 willing creature in touch range, plus one per 3 levels after 2nd.

Forced Accompaniment

From 3rd level, the traveller can attempt to make enemies travel companions. She makes a single touch attack against each unwilling creature as part of the same action to teleport. If she hits, enemies are still allowed a will save (DC 10 + half the traveller's level + the traveller's dexterity modifier) to prevent the teleport. The traveller knows the results and may choose not to go through with the teleport (simply wasting her standard action).

Despite being a melee touch attack, the touch is dexterity-based, even if the traveller doesn't have the weapon finesse feat.

Dimensional Dodge (Su)

As an immediate action from 6th level, the traveller (and her mount, if any) can teleport 5 feet, plus 5 feet for every 5 levels after 6th. Apart from her mount, she must go alone. She also can't make dimensional strikes for teleporting like this.

Freedom of Movement (Su)

From 6th level, the traveller (and her mount, if any) benefits from a continuous Freedom of Movement effect, as the spell.

Air Walk (Su)

From 9th level, the traveller (and her mount, if any) benefits from a continuous Air Walk effect, as the spell.

Void Dance

From 12th level, the traveller's dimensional strikes can be made against any number of creatures in range and within 30 feet rather than a single creature, all at the same bonus as if a single attack were made.

Impossible Step (Su)

From 15th level, the traveller can pass even through solid barriers or walls of force. She suffers no effect from spells which create some kind of attempt to punish movement, such as blade barrier or spike stones.

Walk Between Worlds (Su)

From 15th level, once per day the traveller and her travelling companions can go to another plane, ignoring the usual limit on travelling distance.

Circle of Friends

From 18th level, the traveller can affect creatures within 40 feet of her, not just in touch range. She no longer has to make touch attacks against unwilling creatures, though they are still allowed a save.

Swift Travel

From 20th level, the traveller can travel as a swift action. She can still use a standard action to travel.

Looks really cool, and I want to play one. Nice job.

My only concern is that the Travel speed quickly scales out to a rather significant amount. I suppose it's fair at later levels when it competes with Teleport, but at earlier levels it seems a tad ridiculous.

Well, let's see...

Well, for a class that is pretty much entirely teleportation focused, I'd say...I think it's just about fine. I dunno, just the fact that the entire class is teleportation-based should really entitle it to better teleportation than most people get.
