Architect
A wizard scribes his knowledge of the arcane into tomes and grimoires, because the information is too detailed and complex to reside completely in his mind. But some wizards believe that even tomes and grimoires are not large enough a medium to truly contain the knowledge. These mages design buildings and even whole cities into the right shapes and forms to convey the knowledge of their spells.
Arcane Engineering (Su): When an architect converts Magic into an alternate form of capital, the architect can convert 1 Magic into 2 Goods, Influence, or Labour. This replaces the bonus language ability.
Enchanted Architecture (Su): Architects can make it so that people can tap into the magic he has infused in some of his eldritch architecture. By spending eight hours concentrating and meditating in one of his eldritch architectures, he can select a cantrip that he has stored in that architecture and make it so anyone within the eldritch architecture can cast it if they have 10 or more intelligence, though each attempt at casting the spell requires a successful knowledge (arcana) check with a DC of 10. If an individual fails at this knowledge check cannot attempt to cast a cantrip from any enchanted architecture for 24 hours. Enchanted architecture is temporary to a degree, returning to normal eldritch architecture after a single year, though the time can be reset by an architect (this need not be done by the architect who created it) spending an hour of meditation and focus in the enchanted architecture. This replaces Scribe Scroll.
Eldritch Architecture: Instead of preparing his spells with a spellbook, an architect studies special structures that he has built. When the architect uses the downtime system or kingdom building system to create one or more buildings, he may choose to have the resultant structures be eldritch architecture. Eldritch architecture at this stage counts as a blank spellbook, but through the development of the structure you may "scribe" spells into the construction as if a normal wizard was scribing into a book, except that it has no additional time nor cost beyond constructing the buildings. Eldritch architecture built with the downtime system can store 20 pages worth of spells for each full room that the building is constructed from, while eldritch architecture built through the kingdom building system can store 500 pages worth of spells for each lot. An architect starts with a building of his desire from the downtime system as eldritch architecture with a purchase price lower than 1500 gp. Eldritch architecture functions as spellbooks in all other respects. This replaces the spellbooks ability.

How does he access the stored spells, from within the building, or looking at it from outside?

From within or outsider at very close proximity.

You could build some really bizarre rooms with this. Such as a mansion with no doors and rooms that are cubes of solid brass, and you either know the cantrip to teleport or you can go pound brass ("Pound away fool, these walls remain undefeated!"). Or a dungeon built to summon and contain creatures, or primed to enhance their spell power when summoned. Would make a nasty HQ.

Well, that stuff would require Craft Wondrous item (Though I do plan on updating this archetype once I finish making rules for enchanting rooms using downtime).

You mentioned needing Craft Wondrous Item to make a very powerful room.

Perhaps you should create a feat like Craft Arcane Geometries that gives a scale of number of spells infused and material cost per caster level. That way anything on the scale is covered by a feat and anything off the scale needs Craft Wondrous Item too.
