I'm not sure if by "website to host" you mean like the php it is run on or the hosting company that owns the server.

So, when in doubt answer both!

The php code is called SomeryC (http://forum.jackofallblades.com/viewtopic.php?t=14) and a friend of mine (and the co-author of the comic) put it together and has it free for other webcomics to download and use.

Well, I'm no expert on webcomics, but that comic is quite hilarious. I'm very impressed. After all, how can any comic character who thinks to himself, "A vampire's setting me up for a trap? Kick him in the crotch!" not be funny?

I saw the link to JaB in your sig over on the AMD board on my first visit into the webcomics forums and I have to say that out of the 20 or so comics I've read and liked yours was one of the two to totally hook me from the first comic (the other being OOTS, of course).
So I just want to say great job man. I hope you keep up the great work.
Oh, and forget the Vampires, you can't go past the redneck Orcs for favourite sub-race.

It's funny, I quite literually spent a month coming up with the first two comics because that's the first impression of the comic and I wanted it to be good. The hands down best fantasy comic beginning I've ever seen was the one to True Magic (http://www.true-magic.com/comic/view.php?id=1). It's just perfect. Full of jokes, it drops you right into the story without leaving you even slightly confused.

One thing I've been working on recently is to try to update my art style with a friend. Currently I'm trying to collect opinions before I go through with it next chapter. So for those of you who have looked at my stuff, what do ya think?

Can't see the full change for Jack (as you lack a face), but I like the look of everyone else. BIG improvement for Jill.

The armor on Jack is good, the clothing upgrade for Marbles isn't significant, but it makes him look a little better, and how can you NOT like Waf, in any given form?

Jill looks a lot better than she used to, and I basically like how the below picture has a lot more personality.

Also, Marble's shoulders and Jack's pants are two slightly improved details that add a lot.

But why is Jack's face hi-OMG it's Tsai, isn't it? ISN'T IT?

Nah it's not Tsai. I'm just having trouble with Tsai because he is suppose to between Jack and Jill in height, but he is also suppose to be lanky and I've having trouble making him not look puny compared to Jack and a weakling compared to everyone else.

It's actually kind of funny how this came about. For the last three years on my comics I've always dressed my characters up for Halloween. But this year a friend and I were working on on Jill's costume and she came out looking so much better than the comic usually does we decided to work to upgrade the comic's art to keep up.

Kinda surveying again. The problem with Jack's first redesign is he lost a lot of his boyish charm in the transition. Do you think this is an improvement?

Huh. I like the way you designed him as taller and thinner, but it does make him look more mature. If you want him to look more boyish, I'd suggest loosening him up a little. Like, tilt his headband, or make his clothing a bit more disheveled. As it is, he looks a bit too tidy.

I've been reading it for a month or so now. Excellent stuff, one of the few comics I read that I really look forward to every update, the other two big ones being OotS and Goblins.

Oh, and I definately think that making the characters taller and thinner works, though IMHO Jack looks just a tad too thin. Even if he's grossly underqualified for his weapon, I still always pictured him as being pretty tough regardless.

Yeah in the back of my mind I think of Jack's body type being like a college basketball player. Tall and lanky, but not weak looking. Ultimate I can't make him too big because Jill's brother Ben (You may remember him from the malpractice suit (http://www.jackofallblades.com/index.php?p=36)) is suppose to be massively larger than him.
