As the title says i have mad a campaign with almost everything is home brewed, Gods, lands, cities, and history. I also Added two new races to this world and I wanted to get an opinion on their stats and some feed back on their balance. Im not going to give the history of these races because it would take longer than i have time for now.

Okay...maybe not the history...but can you post the Stats? For the Forum to evaluate?

The Ilthini.
Ability Score Increase.Your Dexterity score increases by 2.
Ilthini Intuition. You have proficiency in the Insight skill.

Natural Illusionist. You know the minor illusion cantrip. Wisdom is your spellcasting ability if you are an Herat Usani Ilthini. Charisma is your spellcasting ability if you are an Icurus, Sucurus, or Renmari Ilthini.

Heart Sight. Ilthini magically feel the emotional state of creatures within ten feet of them. The Ilthini also knows the creature’s alignment, though the creature may make a Charisma saving throw to resist this effect. Celestials, fiends, and undead automatically fail the saving throw. The DC for this saving throw is equal to 8 + your Charisma modifier + your proficiency bonus.


Subraces

HERAT USANI: The common Ilthini

Ability Score Increase.Your Wisdom score increases by 1.
Dagger Specialist. Daggers deal an extra weapon dice of damage.

Urban Assassin. You can attempt to hide even when you are only lightly obscured in an urban environment.


ICURUS(M) / SUCURUS(F): The Beautiful Devils

Ability Score Increase.Your Charisma score increases by 1.
Victorious Euphoria. Once per short rest, when you score a critical hit or reduce a hostile creature to zero hitpoints, you may choose to gain temporary hit points equal your level + your Charisma modifier.

Innate Spellcasting: Can use the following spell without resources, Charm

Along with the normal physical features of an Ilthini you also gain two horns that curve back over your head and your hair is either Blood red or snow white


RENMARI: The warrior class.

Ability Score Increase.Your Constitution score increases by 1.

Psystrike. You can use your bonus action to project a psychic lance, temporarily weakening your opponents. When you use this ability, each creature in a five by thirty foot line must make a Wisdom saving throw. Whenever a target that fails this saving throw the target suffers disadvantage on all of its attacks. The DC for this saving throw equals 8 + your Charisma modifier + your proficiency bonus.

Along with normal Ilthini features your are a foot taller, bulkier, and always male.

The Vaccavi
Ability Score Increase.Your strength score increases by 2.

Daughters of the Dragon: Vaccavi have resistance against fire damage.

Preferred weapons: Vaccavi gain proficiency with all heavy, two-handed weapons.

Enemies of the Ilthini: Vaccavi have advantage on saving rolls against Charm and Domination spells and effects.

Patron Dragons:

Vaccavi all take upon themselves the teaching of one of the 4 great primordial dragons at birth:

Paranix The Dragon of Rage: You can spend a bonus action to use the barbarian's rage feature; if you do not have barbarian levels, this features acts as a first level rage. You can use this feature again after a long rest. Your Constitution score increases by 1.

Dessix, The Dragon of Magic: Choose two cantrips from the cleric or druid spell list and a choice from 3 spells, Abosrb Elements, Thunderous smite, or Wrathful smite. You can cast them using your Wisdom mod as your spell casting stat. Your Wisdom score increases by 1.

Arturix, The Dragon of Battle: Once per long rest you can give an ally a 1d6 inspiration dice with a War shout, or give an enemy a -1d6 to their next attack roll with a War Cry. Your charisma increases by 1.

Iratherix, The Dragon of the Winds: You get +5 to your movement speed, and you get one use of uncanny dodge per short rest Your dex increases by 1.

My first thought is that this needs significant clean-up to bring it into line with the official classes. Psystrike needs a duration (I suggest one round), several of the abilities need to be once/day instead of at-will and the abilities that mimic class features should be changed. Class features don't work as racials, though you can usually figure out something in a similar vein if you put your mind to it.

Dagger Specialist is too powerful for a racial ability, regardless of what else is going on.
