Hit: 3d10+7 (23) bludgeoning damage and the target must make a DC 24 Constitution saving throw or take an extra 2d6 (7) poison damage.

Scabrous Smash Melee Natural Attack: +16 to hit, reach 10', one target.
Hit: 3d6+7 (17) magical bludgeoning damage and 2d6 (7) poison damage.

This is a magical, dispellable effect. On a failure of a 1, The Great Unclean One takes 10d6 (35) psychic damage.

Warp Speed Psychic Power The Great Unclean One may make a DC 15 Charisma check. On a success, his movement speed is doubled, and Extra Attack (3) becomes Extra Attack (6) for one minute, granting him a total of seven attack actions. This is a magical, dispellable effect. On a failure of a 1, The Great Unclean One takes 10d6 (35) psychic damage.

Endurance Psychic Power The Great Unclean One may make a DC 15 Charisma check. On a success, he gains the ability to shrug off mortal blows for one minute. Every time The Great Unclean One would die, he may make a DC 10 Constitution saving throw. On a success, he remains standing with 1 hit point. Each time The Great Unclean One makes this saving throw, the DC increases by 3. This resets on a long rest. This is a magical, dispellable effect. On a failure of a 1, The Great Unclean One takes 10d6 (35) psychic damage.

Hemorrhage Psychic Power The Great Unclean One may make a DC 15 Charisma check. On a success, target one person within 120' within line of sight. This person takes 6d6 (21) untyped damage as their insides bleed, unless they make a DC 21 Strength saving throw, taking half damage on a success. This is a magical, dispellable effect. On a failure of a 1, The Great Unclean One takes 10d6 (35) psychic damage.


Legendary Actions

The Great Unclean One may take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The Great Unclean One regains any spent legendary actions at the start of his turn.

Offensively, he deals 142 damage per turn, with more possible with psychic powers and legendary actions. Offensively, at 142 at +16, it's CR 23.

Defensively, it's got AC 20, 495 HP, Magic Resistance, and 3X Legendary Resistance, for a Defensive CR of 26.

Average that out, it's CR 24.5, but with all its psychic powers and stuff, I'd actually rate it more like CR 26. Seem legit?

I'm a bit worried I lowballed it with all the psychic powers the GUO is going to be slinging around, especially with them available as legendary actions. Did you take all that into consideration?
