Yeah, this is just me messing around with classes and knocking everyone into a sensible position. Have fun.

The casters are still probably above tier 3, but at least it's harder for them to get into position to shatter the world, what with only having half a ninth-level spell, or a ninth-level domain spell, or a single ninth-level spell both known and per day, and only getting that at 20th level. Have fun.

Barbarian (Low-gish variant): Add spellcasting as a ranger (PHB)
Barbarian (Personal strength variant): Add a +1 bonus to D20 rolls and damage rolls per level, armour class (including touch/FF), DR/- and resistance to everything.
Barbarian (Martial variant): Rage twice as often, +2 skill points/level, fast movement and slow fall as monk (PHB) (as well as as barbarian), can find and disable traps as a rogue does, add disable device to skills.
Bard: No change.
Cleric (Full-caster variant): Reduce HD to d6, change as follows:

Druid (Animal variant): Remove spellcasting.
Druid (Spellcaster variant): Remove Wildshape, Animal companion, set base attack bonus to the low progression, set fortitude to the low progression, replace spellcasting with that of cleric (Full-caster variant), give animal or plant domain (your choice).
Fighter (Feat variant): Add another bonus feat at each level (for a total of 31 bonus feats). From 5th-level, any feat affecting a particular weapon such as Lightning Maces, Rapid Reload or Weapon Focus applies to every weapon (you can trade out redundant feats at this time). One bonus feat per 4 levels can be considered "Floating" and can be changed once per day.
Fighter (Personal strength variant): Add a +1 bonus to D20 rolls and damage rolls per level, armour class (including touch/FF), DR/- and resistance to everything.
Monk (High-gish variant): Add spellcasting as a bard, but only using personal-target cleric, wizard or sorcerer spells and they're divine. Can take spells that can target others, but if you do you can still only target yourself.
Monk (Personal strength variant): Change base attack bonus to full. Add a +1 bonus to D20 rolls and damage rolls per level, armour class (including touch/FF), DR/- and resistance to everything.
NPC classes: Gestalt all (Choose 10 skills on top of those from Ade//Ari//Com//War)
Paladin (Mid-gish variant): Grant Sword of the Arcane Order and Battle Blessing as bonus feats; Battle Blessing works on the paladin's wizard spells; all spellcasting variables (including for SotAO) are charisma-based. Pull spellcasting back three levels, CL=paladin level, change level 17 spellcasting from 3/3/3/3 to 4/3/3/3 and add 18: 4/4/3/3, 19: 4/4/4/3 and 20: 4/4/4/4.
Paladin (Sanctified variant): Paladin can cast Sanctified Spells without expending a spell slot so long as the sanctified component is paid.
Ranger (Animal variant): Animal companion takes full ranger level as druid level; gain wildshape 1/day per 5 levels.
Ranger (Spell variant): Use Mystic Ranger.
Rogue (Skill variant): Give +8 skill points/level, all skills as class skills, +1 bonus on all skills per level and can use all skills untrained and take 10 on them all, always.
Sorcerer: Change to:

General: Spellcasters no longer get bonus 8th-9th level spells for high ability scores. No-one wants to deal with having one and a half ninth-level spells.
