Non-True Dragon Descendants

I have made Dragon descendant options for the Purple (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?389515-Purple-Dragon-Class-and-Options) and Hellfire (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?323036-Hellfire-True-Progression&p=16713522#post16713522) because I think both are awesome. But what about the others who were cut from, or printed after, RotD? Some of these are pretty cut and dry, Fire and Frost dragon options can be Red and White respectively. But what about the stranger ones, what should their options be? I have listed here all of the Dracinomicon True Dragons I am aware of that didn't make it into RotD. I'm looking for options for the Half Dragon class and template, Dragon Shaman, Draconic Heritage, and, if you feel up to it, Hatchling stats with the associated monster class.
