An example of one of the less continuity-based strips:

Does anyone here read the comic Achewood? Who's your favourite character? What was the deal with that Cartalidge-Face story arc? That was MESSED UP! Although the punch-line was pretty sweet, poor Ray. My favourites are Teodor and Mr. Bear and Lyle (mostly Lyle, because his piss was coming out all wierd for a while!)

Anyone who doesn't know, Achewood is my favourite non-gaming related comic; the art is easily replicable but somehow immediately captivating (to me at least). It's about some stuffed animals and housepets that live in Achewood, California, and... well, it has to be seen to really be understood if that's even possible. It's kind of story-based... or at least, story-arc based, so I'd reccomend starting on the first strip.

A strong stomach for the surreal is reccomended.

Might also want to add...at least the few strips I read aren't exactly family-friendly.

Oh, right, sorry. :) I'm a 22 year old bachelor, it's not something I think about frequently, but yeah, definately a comic for adults (as opposed to an adult comic, ahem).
