This weapon is imbued with the power of balance. This power makes it treat any alignment based DR as though it was half as effective; this includes DR that require two aspects to overcome DR (DR 15/Chaotic and adamanitine, for example). A creature with DR 10/lawful or DR 10/good and silver would only block 5 points of damage against this weapon. This weapon also deals an extra 2d6 damage against all creatures that are LG, CG, LE or CE. It bestows one negative level to any such creature attempting to wield it. The negative level remains as long as the weapon is in hand and disappears when the weapon is no longer wielded. This negative level cannot be overcome in any way (including by restoration spells) while the weapon is wielded.
