I wanted to build a sorcerer with a ranger favored enemy twist, so this is what I have come up with so far. I want to make sure it is balanced and flavorful, but I also wanted the bloodline to be useful even when not specifically combating its bloodline enemy. I pulled inspiration from a number of existing bloodlines. I could really use some help just making sure things look balanced. I have tried to include as many links to relevant materials as possible.

Flavor-wise, I imagine this bloodline working for characters who come from families dedicated to slaying a specific type of creature (classic undead hunters or dragon slayers). This could also work for characters who have suffered a personal tragedy that awakened their vengeful sorcerer powers. For example, a Kitsune who was waylaid by human bandits and tortured until her magical blood boiled over could making for a dangerous infiltrator dedicated to wiping out that particular group of human bandits or all evil humans she encounters... or humans in general. What other character concepts would work with this bloodline?

Thanks in advance for any insight you can give me as I build this archetype.

VENGEFUL BLOODLINE
At some point in your family's history, your bloodline was deeply wronged by a certain type of creature. Maybe one of your ancestors ran afoul of an aberrant horror or a gang of goblinoid bandits. Perhaps it was you who suffered greatly at the hands of a particular kind of creature, watching as your family was devoured by wild beasts or torn to pieces by an undead hoard. Regardless, your vengeful magical blood has awakened and thirsts for retribution.

Bloodline Enemy Training (Ex): You gain an additional language known. This language is typically one spoken by your bloodline enemy or may help you in the study or pursuit of your bloodline enemy. You also gain a +2 bonus on Bluff, Knowledge, Perception, Sense Motive, and Survival checks against your bloodline enemy. You may make Knowledge skill checks untrained when attempting to identify your bloodline enemy. At 5th level and every five levels thereafter (10th, 15th, and 20th level), the bonus against your bloodline enemy increases by +2. This otherwise functions as the ranger's favored enemy class feature.

Sustaining Hatred (Ex): At 3rd level, your hatred sustains you. You can go twice as long as normal without food or water before you start to take penalties, and you need only sleep 2 hours per day to gain the benefits of 8 hours of sleep (as if wearing a ring of sustenance (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic-items/rings/ring-of-sustenance)). You also gain a +2 bonus on saving throws against the abilities of your bloodline enemy. At 9th level, your bonus on saving throws increases to +4 and you no longer take a -1 penalty on ability checks when within 30 feet of your bloodline enemy; although, your bloodline arcana still gives you a queasy uneasiness that alerts you to the presence of your bloodline enemy.

Arcane Hatred (Ex): You have crossed lines in your attempt to research more potent magic to wield against your bloodline enemy. At 9th level, you can add any one spell from the cleric, druid, or witch spell list to your list of spells known. This spell must be of a level you are capable of casting and must have the [curse], [death], [disease], [evil], [fear], [pain], or [poison] descriptor. You can also add one additional spell at 13th level and 17th level.

Bloodline Enemy Resonance(Ex): At 15th level, your words begin to subconsciously resonate with your bloodline enemy so they might reach them. Whenever you cast a mind-affecting or language-dependent spell, it affects your bloodline enemy as if they were humanoids who understood your language. As a side effect of this resonance, you can speak with any living creature.

Unyielding Hatred (Ex): At 20th level, you become an unyielding force of hatred towards your sworn enemy. You cease aging; no longer need to eat, drink, or sleep; and whenever your bloodline enemy makes a saving throw against one of your spells or spell-like abilities, it must roll its saving throws twice and take the worse result.
