Less of a patron and more of a mistake. You envied a genie's power and wished to be a genie. Take this with a grain of salt, it is more of a parody than a serious archetype, but it is still meant to be somewhat balanced.

1: Eternal servitude
You wanted to be a genie, you got it and everything that goes with it. You have gained a measures of a genies power, but it came at the cost of your freedom. When you make this pact if someone is holding your arcane focus, the first request they make of you is treated as if they cast the suggestion spell on you. In exchange the ability to grant minor wishes. The minor wish ability allows you to expend a spell slot to produce one of the following effects:

- Duplicate any spell you have seen cast of a level lower than the level of the spell slot except any spell that revives or resurrects a character.
- Create a non-magical object of up to 5gp per spell level. The object vanishes if you try to sell it or when you use this ability to make another.
- Allow up to 3 creatures you can see to regain 5hp per level of the spell.
- grant up to the spell's level of creatures resistance to a damage type for 8 hrs
- grant a single creature immunity to a single spell or magical effect for a number of hours equal to the spells level
- Once you use this ability you cannot use it again until you finish a long or short rest

6: Phenomenal cosmic power
You may cast a spell a if it were one level higher than the spell slot you use. This cannot be used in conjuction with wish. Once you have used this ability you cant use it again until you finish a short rest.

10: Itty bitty living space
Your arcane focus takes the shape of a oil burning lamp. This new form of your focus contain an extradimensional space inside of it. The extradimensional space can be entered by only those you choose by them touching the lamp. The space can hold as many as eight Medium or smaller creatures. Attacks or spells cant target any creature inside this space, however if a creature rubs the lamp any all the creatures inside are forceably removed in the reverse order they entered and occupy the empty space nearest the lamp.

14: 3 wishes
You learn to cast a major wish. It can only be cast by expending a use of mystic arcanum and each person holding your focus can only ever make 3 such wishes from you. Once you have used this ability it cannot be used again until you finish a long rest. A major wish can be used to produce the following effects:

- Duplicate any spell of a level lower than the level of the mystic arcanum except any spell that revives or resurrects a character.
- Create one object worth up to 5000gp + an additional 5000 for each level of the mystic arcanum above 6th.
- Allow up to ten creatures that you can see to regain half their hp. If cast using an arcanum of 8th or higher then they regain all their hp. If cast in 9th level it ends all effects on them described ina greater restoration spell.
- Grant 2 creatures resistance to a damage type for 24 hours. You may grant two additional creatures resistance for each level above 6th.
- You grant up to ten creatures you can see immunity to a single spell or other magical effect for a number of hours equal to the arcanum level.
- You undo a single recent event by forcing a reroll of any roll made within the last round (including your last turn). Reality reshapes itself to accommodate the new result. If cast using an 8th level arcanum or higher you can force the re-roll to be made with advantage or disadvantage. If cast with a 9th you can choose to use the new roll or the original.
- It can be used to grant you your freedom. Once you have your freedom your abilities are changed as follows. Holding your focus does not allow somone to cast suggestion on you for free. You can use your minor wish ability by holding your own focus and choosing the effect you wish to produce. Rubbing your lamp does not force creatures out of the extradimensional space. You permenently lose the abilty to grant major wishes.
- Other effects at the dm's discretion. However, there are 3 limitations that this effect can never do. It can never kill somone outright though it can cause enough damage to have them make death saving throws. It cannot bring someone back from the dead. It cannot make someone fall in love with someone else. All other effects are at the discretion of the dm.

These sound a lot more powerful than the others. Especially with how warlock spells refresh, you, for example, could prep for a battle and have a whole party with resistance to fire in time to go against the Evil Fire Mages.

To make it more comparable, maybe damage reduction x, where x is the level of the spell. I know that's rare in 5e, but it does exist (that one feat gives a few points of damage reduction.)
Immunity to a single spell or magical effect seems... hard to balance. Maybe something like gives the target the ability to cast Counterspell once, but it only works on spells of the expended spell slot's level or lower?

Both above buffs last 1 hour.

This would only work if you had 4 hours to prep for a battle and already knew what you were going to be fighting. That sounds more like too much player metagaming or a poorly written campaign than anything else. That being said if you had already considered this and still think this is too abusable I could definitely look at toning those options down. Do you think adding concentration requirement would be a good fix?

How are the other options of the wish?
