I remember an RPG from years back called Rüs, set in fantasy Russia, and featuring cold-weather rules down to listing the cold protection factor for mittens.
This sounds interesting to me, the idea of cold-weather survival. Has anyone encountered decent rules on the subject?

I can't speak to the quality, but there was a 3e book called Frostburn that I think was right up this alley. Written by a guy I think generally did a reasonable job...
