So, if it is for the Celestial, why is it an elemental?

And I think Invisibility should be under Actions, while Elemental Flare should be either under Actions or worded as "Innate Spellcasting. At will: light (self only)".

I guess it's because of the association of Heavenly Radiance and Fire (And I wanted to have a little Fireball as a friend, like Calcifer from Howl's Moving Castle!), but I guess you're right, I can change that. And about the placement of the abilities, I only noticed that after I posted hahah Thanks for the help!

Also do you think it's OP or is there anything wrong with it?

Now, sorry, but I am no good at calculating CR.

I like to use the enormous wealth of resources from pathfinder to add and supplement to 5e's rather sparse selections.

A Silvanshee for instance makes a good pact of chain familiar with a celestial patron. Just needs minor tweaking to make things 5e compatible.

I am not sure it is an issue but...

Ethereal Body would be a better version of Flyby, if flight wasn't the spark's only type of movement. Right now, it is just a reflavored Flyby.

Ethereal Body is somewhat redundant with Invisibility, as an unseen creature already can't be the target of opportunity attacks. Granted, some enemies have truesight and such.

I'd look to lantern archon or coure eladrin for inspiration (the later could just be a refluffed sprite with then celestial type instead of fey)
