What does having a spell attuned to an Eberron Shard mean? The only example is the everbright lantern, and that just has continual flame cast on it and it placed inside a bullseye lantern, with seemingly no deviation from the spell effect. Have I missed something? Somewhere, does it say effects of other spells when cast on/through an attuned Eberron Shard?
