Alright so i have made a race of small snake like creatures called 'Swiffles" so one of my players could have a unique 'weapon' to use with his Poison Dusk Lizardfolk character, i would appreciate some help making what i have wrote coherent, and some help coming up with CR's, costs as if they were items, and at what lvls they could be gotten as animal companions(a special rule for these little guys), oh and making sure they are actually stated out correctly of course  thanks ahead of time to all who help out, oh and theres a bit of text here.....

Swiffle Basics(i think this needs a LOT of help >.>):

Swiffles are a race of snake like creatures bred by certain poison Dusk lizardfolk tribes as living weapons for there warriors. These magical beasts were originally bred from snakes, and still have many of their characteristics: they are very shy creatures, and when encountered alone, avoid confrontations. They are mostly semi-intelligent, and will use short range telepathy to talk to there owners and other Swiffles almost non-stop. This communication is limited, however, due to there very limited intellect.

When used as a weapon it requires the Exotic Weapon Proficiency (Swiffle) feat. Poison Dusk Lizardfolk are treated as having weapon familiarity with them. Any Swiffle may be 'equipped' to an arm, tentacle, or other appendage capable of holding them. An equipped Swiffle cannot take any action other than an attack after its user hits, or unequip itself. Whenever the user makes a successful attack using a non reach melee weapon or natural attack(must be capable of holding the Swiffle) against an opponent, the Swiffle makes a bite attack as a touch attack. This can be treated as either a natural or manufactured weapon. Each Swiffle can only make one attack a round. If the wielder is grappled while wielding Swiffles, they will automatically bite his opponent every round as a touch attack. Swiffles may be equipped as a free action by asking the Swiffle to move into position. This counts as a move action for them. It may unequip itself as a free action, at which point it moves on its user turn. It may only equip or unequip itself once per round. An equipped Swiffle may be attacked by making a sunder attempt, than dealing damage directly to them. Swiffles of larger than regular size are used as mounts or as weapons for larger creatures.

Swiffles cannot be equipped without the Exotic Weapon Proficiency(Swiffle) feat.

While Swiffles are equipped the user takes a -1 penalty on all attack rolls, Dex checks, and Str checks with the appendage. The owner of any Swiffle that is within 10ft. also takes a -4 circumstance penalty on concentration checks due to the non-stop telepathic babble.

Swiffle Subtype:
All Swiffles understand Draconic.

Swiffles: All swiffles have Dark Vision 90ft., Low-Light Vision, Scent, and have a Hold Breath Ability identical to that of a Lizardfolk's.
Weaponlike: as outlined above a Swiffle may be used as a special
weapon.

Telepathy: all Swiffles can use Telepathy out to 10ft., unless otherwise noted

Skills: Swiffles have a +4 racial bonus on Hide, Listen, and Spot checks and a +8 racial bonus on Balance and Climb checks. A Swiffle can always choose to take 10 on a Climb check, even if rushed or threatened. Swiffles use either their Strength modifier or Dexterity modifier for Climb checks, whichever is higher. A Swiffle has a +8 racial bonus on any Swim check to perform some special action or avoid a hazard. It can always choose to take 10 on a Swim check, even if distracted or endangered. It can use the run action while swimming, provided it swims in a straight line.

Animal Companion: any Swiffle may be chosen as an animal companion.

Royal Swiffles are the undisputed Kings of the Swiffles, they are all genderless and born very rarely from Black Swiffles. They are strong, quick, and tough, since the time it is born a Royal Swiffle never stops growing until it dies. They rarely allow themselves to be controlled by others, and when they do their 'owner' needs to tred carefully around them. A Royal Swiffles personality is almost always 'bad', as they try to lord over everythign around them. Royal Swiffles when born in captivity are killed almost immediately upon being discovered, outside of captivity if two Royals discover each other they will always fight o the death. Royal Swiffles don't need to eat, sleep, drink, or breathe, they do not take penalties from aging and can never die from old age. In appearance Royal Swiffles are pure White with a gold vine like effect tracing there body, on there brow is a raised bone 'crown' that is colored gold, they also have small gold horns, there eyes gold rimmed with white. An average tiny Royal Swiffle weighs 6 lbs.

Special: whenever a Royal Swiffle advances to a new size from HD improvement they gain a +2 to Int, wis, and Cha, and its DR and FH improve by 1 each, for every 3 Size changes past Tiny advance the Poison Die by 1,(Large d8, Colossal 1d10), It also gains an additional Head, which grants it another Bite attack, +2 Con, +1 to initiative, +4 to Spot and Listen, and Increases the range of its Hypnotizing Gaze by 30ft., for ascetic reasons only, whenever it gains a new head its tail 'splits' to equal the number of heads. As they advance they also gain increasingly more powerful and frightening psionic powers, Starting at Small they can manifest as a lvl 1 Telepath with access to all powers available to it, however it cant manifest them if it doesn't meet the minimum Int requirements, at medium they manifest as lvl 3, Large lvl6, Huge lvl 10, Gargantuan lvl 14, Colossal lvl 18, at each lvl they have a number of power points equivalent to a Telepath of the equivalent lvl and bonus power points as normal, as before they have access to all powers a Telepath of the lvl could choose from.

Combat: Royal Swifles never back down from a fight except when near death, they utilize all of there special attacks, and call in reinforcements.

Poison(Ex): a Royal Swiffle has a poisonous Bite that causes 1d6 Con and 1d6 Wis Primary and Secondary damage, DC 19, the check is Consitution based.

Frightful Presence(Ex): Whenever a Royal Swiffle attacks, or charges all opponents whithen 5ft. x (the Royal Swiffles HD) must make a will save or become shaken,a potenttially effected creature that makes there save is not effected for the rest of the day. This Royal Swiffles DC is 15, the DC is Cha based.

Hypnotizing Gaze(Su): become fascinated with royal Swiffle as long as it is in sight, 60ft., Will save DC 17, DC is Cha based.

Dominate Swiffles(Ex): all Swiffles other than other Royal Swiffles in 300ft. of the Royal Swifle or a Dominated Swiffle, are affected as by a Dominate Monster spell cast by the Royal Swiffle, the Royal Swiffle can Command any Swiffle under its command at any time, and see through there eyes, they can also project there Telepathy through any controlled Swiffle.

Endure Elements(Su): a Royal Swiffle has a constant Endure Elements effect active, this can be turned on or off at will.

Immunities(Ex):a Royal Swiffle is immune to all sleep, poison, disease, petrification, paralyze, fear, energy drain, ability drain, ability damage, and Domination or control effects, whether they are magical or mundane.

Telepathy: a Royal Swiffle can communicate with any creature whithen 100ft. that has a language telepathically.

Thanks to all who help

Edit: Changed the basics stuff a bit, tried to make the acid attack of the greens scalable, and made a Swiffle subtype, Red is now more interestign as well
Edit: added prices for the Swiffle and there poisons for the basic ones
Edit: CR's
Edit: Animal Companion stuff

Interesting concept... The Royal Swiffles especially... need to give more of an idea of the personality of the Royals however... And you realize that you just gave a way for a 13th level druid to have an ARMY of snakes at his command continuously?
