Drafting Construct

"Name?" the device asks in a squeaky voice. No one moves. "Name?" It asks a second time, and it raises its sharp little arms towards you. Nobody moves. Without any more warning, a jet of ink shoots from one of its arms, and the machine skitters off the desk.

Drafting constructs are spindly six-legged devices used to make maps, graphs, books, and other documents. Many who use them also order them to guard their homes and workshops.
Drafting constructs are built from a variety of materials, but steel and bronze are most common.

Ink Jet
As a standard action, the construct can squirt a jet of ink from it's quill at a single target. If it succeeds on a ranged touch attack at a -2 penalty, it hits them in the face, and forces them to make a DC15 reflex save or be blinded until they can wipe the ink away (full round action requiring a free hand).
