Hey guys, a long time ago I thought it would be nice to buff upEvocation with some additional spells (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?364320-Let-s-help-out-Evocation) to make it an actually attractive school for one to take for specialization. Here I am with a second go round, as always any additions are welcome.
Just keep in mind the best 'blasting;' spell in core is a 6th level transmutation spell, so at the very minimum, 7th-9th evocations spells should be doing as much damage.

Level: Sorcerer/Wizard 7
Components: V,S
Casting time: 1 Round
Range: Medium (100ft. + 10ft./2 levels)
Target: 1 Creature
Duration: Instantaneous
Saving Throw: Fortitude partial, see below
Spell Resistance: No
The caster designates a target and must hit with a ranged touch attack. The target is rent and torn asunder as magical forces assault the very existence. Any target of the spell must roll a Fortitude save. Because of the intense pressure and tearing this spell produces, all those that fail in saving take 2d8 points of damage per caster level. Those who succeed take 1d6 damage per level and are dazed for 1 round. Any creature reduced to 0 or fewer hit points by this spell is entirely destroyed, leaving behind only a trace of fine dust. When used against an object this spell operates similar to the spell disintegrate, except the area affected is a 5 foot cube for every 3 caster levels. Only a miracle or wish spell can return anything that is destroyed by this spell back to life.
