I’d like help buffing and debuffing this subclass. I’m going for a psionic monk feel.

Way of the Mind, Body, and Soul

3rd level: Body
Lesser Ki Hand
You gain knowledge of the following Cantrip: Mage Hand. Your spellcasting ability for this cantrip is Wisdom. As they are psychic powers, you do not require verbal, somatic or material components for this cantrip. This hand is a spectral piece of your soul that you can control with you mind.
Improved Self
Starting when you choose this subclass, your martial arts have improved due to your deep connection of self improvement. Your martial arts die is now permanently one die size bigger than stated on the Monk table in the PHB. A d4 on the table becomes a d6, d6 -> d8, d8 -> d10, d10 -> d12. If you have 20 levels in Monk, your martial arts die improves from a d12 to 2d6. You lose all proficiency with weapons that are not unarmed attacks.
Ki Ward
You may spend 2 ki points as a reaction to cast shield without vocal, somatic, or material components.

6th level: Mind
Ki Telepathy
You may telepathically communicate with any intelligent creature within 5 feet.
Ki Hand
By spending 2 ki when you cast Mage Hand, you may make unarmed attacks at a range of 30 feet for the duration of the spell using your proficiency plus your wisdom modifier to attack. These deal radiant or magical bludgeoning damage equal to your martial arts die plus your wisdom modifier. The hand has hit points equal to your hit point maximum and an ac of 10 plus your wisdom modifier. All saving throws and checks for the hand is dealt with your wisdom saving throw. The hand is immune to Radiant, Cold, and Poison damage. The hand is resistant to Bludgeoning, Piercing, and Slashing From Nonmagical Weapons, and Necrotic. The hand now emits 5 feet of bright light and 5 feet of dim light.
Split Focus
You may spend 3 ki points to cast mirror image without requiring verbal, somatic, or material components.

11th level: Soul
Superior Telepathy
Your telepathy extends to 30 feet.
Superior Ki Hand
When you make the flurry of blows attack, you may add a 3rd attack with the mage hand to any creature within range.
Superior Meditation
You can spend 5 ki points to cast contact other plane as a ritual. However, you may only contact the soul of your monostary’s original sensei. You must make a wisdom saving throw instead.

17th level: Mind, Body, and Soul
Due to the discipline of the soul for 10 ki points, you may make an ethereal formation of the soul out from yourself to fight alongside you. They have no ki points. 50 foot flying speed. They act with their own actions and bonus actions on your turn. Their strength score is reduced to 1, but the wisdom score is increased by 2. You must use your entire action to dismiss it. They deal your choice of magical bludgeoning or radiant damage. Ki hand cannot be used in this state. Attuned Magic items apply only to the physical body.

Ethereal Sight: The soul can see 60 ft. into the Ethereal Plane when it is on The Material Plane, and vice versa.

Incorporeal Movement: The soul can move through other creatures and Objects as if they were difficult terrain. It takes 5 (1d10) force damage if it ends its turn inside an object.

Hit Points: The maximum is equal to the body’s hit point maximum, however the hitpoints will be decided by what hitpoints the body is currently at.
All attacks are made with Wisdom Modifier

Condition immunities: Exhaustion, Frightened, Grappled, Paralyzed, Petrified, Poisoned, Prone, Restrained

Damage Resistance: Bludgeoning, Piercing, And Slashing From Nonmagical Weapons, Necrotic

Damage immunities: Poison, Cold, Radiant

The soul emits 5 feet of bright light and 5 feet of dim light.

If the soul is dropped to 0 hitpoints before the physical body, they retreat back inside and the body takes 6d10 necrotic damage

The physical body now acts like a construct under your control. The intelligence score is reduced to 1.

Condition Immunities: Charmed, Frightened

Damage Immunities: Psychic, Poison

These 10ki points cannot be restored at rests unless the soul is dismissed back within the physical body.

If the physical body is dropped to 0 hitpoints before the soul, the soul is immediately retreats back into the physical body.

haven't read it, but you should add a prefix (top option in creation and editing,) and some tags

Body and Mind look good. My only complaint is that telepathy 5 feet is kinda silly. It has its uses, but you need to be right next to somebody to use it, closer than you would necessarily be for a spoken conversation. I don't think making it 10 or 15 feet would break anything.

Superior Meditation is great roleplay material, but Superior Ki Hand is too powerful. 11th level is a ribbon level: look at what Open Hand and Shadow get, those features are situational and almost purely non-combat. Superior Ki Hand is a big power boost to one of your core combat abilities. There's no place for that. Scrap Superior Ki Hand and 11th level will be at its intended balance point.

The 17th level feature is complicated. I would reconsider the order in which the information is presented, it's not entirely logical right now. I would drop the +2 Wisdom for the soul, just to avoid having to remember that little modifier. Also make the flying speed equal to your movement speed, and drop the part about the soul having starting hit points equal to your current hit points - you're paying a huge ki cost anyways, so I don't think you need that restriction. Also, why is the soul immune to frightened but not to charmed? I would drop the frightened immunity, since the soul assumably contains a part of your own consciousness and thus is not mindless.

Lastly, you should specify whether Greater Restoration or some kind of resurrection spell (since those tend to return your soul to your body) can fix your soulless state. Oh and, saying that your soulless self has poison immunity is unnecessary, monks of this level have that anyways.

Do consider how the wording of losing all weapon proficiencies interacts with races that have weapon proficiencies, multi classing or just the fact that the player will lose ranged potency from 3rd to sixth level. Stating that weapons are not monk weapons is probably sufficiently weakening.
