My city has public baths, which are maintained by the local temple and supported financially by the ruling duke or duchess, and provide additional services.

The baths themselves are free to everyone and include a hot scented bath, but the additional services are not. The price should be something that a commoner could afford at least once a month.

Also, I have massage and sauna already, but need ideas for other services. These public baths are a major destination in the city- peasants, commoners, and merchants congregate here both to get clean and to socialize. It's a great place to gather information, and its necessary for Temple service attendance.

I think you can find what you're looking for in Ultimate Equipment under lodging and services. It also lists prices for baths.

(Note, I'm coming from a 5e world, so my knowledge of Pathfinder spells is weak at best)

Other possible services in a public bath in a fantasy world:
Hair cuts
Shaven
Hair Styling
Facial Treatments
Pedicures
Manicures
Claw trimming, sharpening, and servicing
Personal *ahem* services
Clothing Laundering services
Minor spell based temporary body modifications
Hair coloring
Scale Shining
Fur detangling and shedding removal
Personalized scrubbing and shampooing
Horn shining treatments

Hopefully this helps some.
