It occurred to me recently that where twf is drastically outclassed in damage output is in the feat. Dual wielder just cant compare to GWM or Sharpshooter. This is my attempt to remedy it while also providing the great feeling of more than one offhand attack per turn.

Dual Wielder:

You can use two-weapon fighting even when the one-handed melee weapons you are wielding aren't light.
You can draw or stow two one-handed weapons when you would normally be able to draw or stow only one.
While you are wielding a separate melee weapon in each hand, before you make an attack you can choose to take a -5 penalty to the attack roll and attack with both weapons. You make a separate attack with each of the two weapons you are holding applying the penalty to both attack rolls.

Removed: You gain a +1 bonus to AC while you are wielding a separate melee weapon in each hand.

This adds 1d8 + 5 dmg or ~ 9.5 which is very comparable to the GWM or Sharpshooter addition.
