I was joking with my game group about a "Tazer" spell, and wanted to give the comunity a chance at helping to 'flesh' it out for and make it a 'viable' spell:

CASTING

Components V, S
EFFECT
Range close (25 ft. + 5 ft./2 levels)
Effect spark of electricity
Duration instantaneous
Saving Throw See text; Spell Resistance Yes

You cause a spark of electricity to strike the target with a successful ranged touch attack (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/gamemastering/combat#TOC-Touch-Attacks). The spell deals 1d3 points of subdual electricity damage. The target must make a Fortitude Save DC 10 or be Stunned for 1 round.

Perhaps add a note that they have to actually take damage for it to stun them?

The Stunned condition (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/conditionSummary.htm#stunned) is really strong for a cantrip - the disarm effect is commonly overlooked.
