Prerequisites
Special: Must be effected by a curse, such as the bestow curse spell, geas, or hex blade's curse.

Class Features
Weapon and Armor proficiencies: The accursed gains proficiency with all simple weapons, chains, and whips, as well as light armor if not they are not already proficient in these weapons and armor.

Cursed Advancement: To take a level with cursed advancement your HD must be equal to class level + Cursed advancement bonus. For accursed level 4 you must be taking your 5th HD/ Character Level. For accursed level 7 you must be taking your 9th HD/ Character Level. etc

Cursed (Su): The accursed binds its very being in curses allowing it to accommodate several curses at one time while only suffering minor penalties. Any Curse that targets the Accursed has its duration changed to permanent while on the Accursed. If a curse is transferred to another target the duration returns to normal. The accursed halves any penalties from curses effecting them. If the accused is ever not effected by a curse they loose access to all Accursed class features until they are the target of a new curse. The accursed is able to ignore class level(min. charisma modifier) curses currently effecting them. Changing which curses are ignored is a swift action.

Jinx (Su): The accursed is an eclectic mess of curses and knows how to manipulate and even curse others. Starting at the accursed can transfer a curse currently effecting them to another. The save DC is the curses DC when the accursed was targeted or 10+1/2 HD+Charisma Modifier which ever is higher. The accursed's caster level is equal to their HD. Transferring is a touch attack.

Curses (Su): The accursed learns to inflict curses on others, while the early curses are focused on single targets later curses can effect bloodlines or even whole countries.

Curse Empowerment: Starting at the second level the accursed may permanently augment one curse with a chosen augment.

Blight: At the 15th level the accursed becomes the embodiment of a specific curse. Chose one curse and gain its blight effect. You may suppress your blight using the cursed ability, but it counts as 4 curses.

Action: Standard or 1 round Range: Medium(100ft + 10 per caster level)

Save: Will Negates Duration: 1 min per HD.

The eyes of the target wash black as the world becomes darker. The target treats all lighting as if it was 2 steps lower.

Augmentations
Blinding: The curse inflicts blindness upon a target.
Enduring: The duration of this curse increase to 10 min per HD if 1 curse is consumed. The duration of this curse increases to 1 hour per HD if 2 curses are consumed. The duration increase to permanent if 3 curses are consumed.

Blight


Easy Prey
Action: Standard or 1 round Range: Medium(100ft + 10 per caster level)
Target: one creature Number of Targets: 1
Save: Will Negates Duration: 1 min per HD.

You become lost in thought easily and hesitate. Attackers gain +1d4 to hit against you.

Augmentations
Severity: The hit die increases by 1 step per curse consumed. (max d12.)
Enduring: The duration of this curse increase to 10 min per HD if 1 curse is consumed. The duration of this curse increases to 1 hour per HD if 2 curses are consumed. The duration increase to permanent if 6 curses are consumed.


Heightened Pain
Action: Standard or 1 round Range: Medium(100ft + 10 per caster level)
Target: one creature Number of Targets: 1
Save: Will Negates Duration: 1 min per HD.

Blotches and bruises appear on you easily and even minor injury cause noticeable damage. The target take an additional 1d4/3 accursed levels damage from any damage source while the curse is active.

Augmentations
Severity: The damage die increases by 1 step per curse consumed. (max d12.)
Enduring: The duration of this curse increase to 10 min per HD if 1 curse is consumed. The duration of this curse increases to 1 hour per HD if 2 curses are consumed. The duration increase to permanent if 6 curses are consumed.


Left Footed
Action: Standard or 1 round Range: Medium(100ft + 10 per caster level)
Target: one creature Number of Targets: 1
Save: Will Negates Duration: 1 min per HD.

Things just get in the way everywhere you go, whether your own foot , grass, rocks, the ground, you name it, its in the way. 5ft steps provoke attacks of opportunity. When moving more then your move speed in a round you must make a balance check DC 10 to avoid falling prone. For every multiple of your move speed you move in a round the DC increase by 5.

Augmentations
Rooted: You don't just fall prone, you get entangled in random pieces of your environment. When you fail a balance check you also are rooted. DC to break the root is the curse DC.
Enduring: The duration of this curse increase to 10 min per HD if 1 curse is consumed. The duration of this curse increases to 1 hour per HD if 2 curses are consumed. The duration increase to permanent if 6 curses are consumed.


Locusts
Action: Standard or 1 round Range: Medium(100ft + 10 per caster level)
Target: one creature Number of Targets: 1
Save: Will Negates, Fort Partial Duration: 1 round per HD.

Small biting insects appear from everywhere and begin biting your target. The insects deal 1 damage per 2 Accursed's HD.

Augmentations
Human Hive: The creatures cover the targets entire body, requiring fort save to not be sickened, and a secondary will save to not be shaken, this consumes 2 curses.
Enduring: The duration of this curse increase to 1 min per HD if 2 curse is consumed. The duration of this curse increase to 10 min per HD if 4 curse is consumed. The duration of this curse increases to 1 hour per HD if 6 curses are consumed. The duration increase to permanent if 8 curses are consumed.


Mind Fog
Action: Standard or 1 round Range: Medium(100ft + 10 per caster level)
Target: one creature Number of Targets: 1
Save: Will Negates Duration: 1 min per HD.

A fog comes over the mind of the target causing them to be accident prone. The target -1 to attacks, AC, saves and all skill and ability checks.

Augmentations
Thicken Fog: The penalty increases by -1 per curse consumed.
Enduring: The duration of this curse increase to 10 min per HD if 1 curse is consumed. The duration of this curse increases to 1 hour per HD if 2 curses are consumed. The duration increase to permanent if 3 curses are consumed.





Ignorance
Action: Standard or 1 round Range: Medium(100ft + 10 per caster level)
Target: one creature Number of Targets: 1
Save: Will Negates Duration: 1 min per HD.

The targets mind becomes clouded and retaining information is difficult. They must make a knowledge check to remember any information even if it was just told to them. They receive a -1 penalty to such checks for every day since they last referenced the information.

Augmentations
Amnesia: Increase the penalty by 1 for every 5 curses consumed.
Enduring: The duration of this curse increase to 10 min per HD if 2 curse is consumed. The duration of this curse increases to 1 hour per HD if 4 curses are consumed. The duration increase to permanent if 6 curses are consumed.

Two Step
Action: Standard or 1 round Range: Medium(100ft + 10 per caster level)
Target: one creature Number of Targets: 1
Save: Will Negates Duration: 1 min per HD.

The target is overcome with the compulsion to take one step back for every two steps forward. This curse prevents 5ft steps, and every 10ft of movement counts as 15ft. A person affected by this curse is incapable of preforming any action that requires continuous movement such as charging or bull rushing.

Augmentations
Square Step: Increase the movement penalty by 5ft for every 5 curses consumed.
Enduring: The duration of this curse increase to 10 min per HD if 2 curse is consumed. The duration of this curse increases to 1 hour per HD if 4 curses are consumed. The duration increase to permanent if 6 curses are consumed.





Mark of Sacrifice
Action: 5 rounds Range: Line of Sight
Target: one creature Number of Targets: 1
Save: Will Negates Duration: 1 day per HD.

The target is branded with esoteric symbol marking you for sacrifice. Once a day summoned monster is cast within medium range of the marked target. The summon spell is 1/3 the accursed's caster level rounded down. All creatures summoned by the spell are hostile to the marked target. If the marked target dies the accursed acquires a soul crystal containing the marked targets soul.

Voracious Fiends: The frequency increases by 1 per day for every 4 curses consumed.
Enduring: The duration of this curse increase to 1 week per HD if 1 curse is consumed. The duration of this curse increases to 1 month per HD if 2 curses are consumed. The duration of this curse increases to 1 year per HD if 4 curses are consumed. The duration increase to permanent if 6 curses are consumed.


Damned Quest
Action: 10 minutes Range: Line of Sight
Target: one creature Number of Targets: 1
Save: Will Negates Duration: 1 day per HD.

The marked target has a spot on their skin being to burn until its a perfect circle of charred skin about 1/2 the size of the targets palm, the accursed determines the location of the mark. The accursed designates a goal for the target to complete, if that goal is complete the curse ends. The next time the cursed target dies while under the effect of the curse they revive in the nearest fire that does not have hostile enemies in line of sight. The revival applies the Hollowing One Template (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?540373-quot-Rise-brother-for-that-is-our-curse-quot-Mythos-3-5-Dark-Souls-Hollow) to the cursed target. The Curse does not end on death, it ends if the goal is complete or the duration runs out.

Augmentations
Hopeless Soul: The cost of reconstitution is doubled. This consumes 6 curses per time taken.
Enduring: The duration of this curse increase to 1 week per HD if 1 curse is consumed. The duration of this curse increases to 1 month per HD if 2 curses are consumed. The duration of this curse increases to 1 year per HD if 4 curses are consumed. The duration increase to permanent if 6 curses are consumed.





Bear Sin of Sloth
Action: 1 hour Range: Touch

Currently I plan to make 6 curses for each tier, allowing many options for interesting game-play. The class is based on the idea of fey, witches, angels, and demons spreading lessons and wrath upon the world.
