What no paragon template?

And you have to write out most of those dang abilities.

Well I didn't want to dip into the epic pool of templates. This is something I might want to throw at my players who are at 10th level.

No it does not.

How exactly? I used the CR adjustment for all the Templates on the Goblin and just stacked the LA adjustments. I think I did it right.

No it does not.

There's no way in hell a level 11 character can hit a 41 ac! it's CR is affected by the level adjustment

My mind has been blowen.

level adjustment is a little note to the DM that says how badly a entity could break a game. it does not effect CR though usually they are about equal.

+21 is no way equal to 11. Level Adjustment isnt a "Note" It tells you how it effects the power of whatever you are doing, in case of monsters it shows you how powerful it's becoming, in this case he made a EPIC goblin

Challenge Rating

Most templates increase the creature’s Challenge Rating. A template might provide a modifier to be added to the base creature’s CR, or it might specify a range of modifiers depending on the base creature’s original Hit Dice or CR.

Oh. I'm pretty sure my players can handle this thing.

then why you can have a CR +2 and LA +6 template?

You do realize this protogoblin is horribly vulnerable to a single spell elimination?

Holy Word would utterly destroy it. ((Min Caster Level 13. Its HD = Caster Level - 10. Effect: Killed, Paralyzed, Weakened, Dazed. And from the spell text "These effects are cumulative and concurrent. No saving throw is allowed against these effects.))

The Will negates option only affects the banishment property of the spell.
Admitttedly, you said your group was level 10.

Cloudkill (Sor/Wiz 5) - easily castable by a 10th level arcane caster
These vapors automatically kill any living creature with 3 or fewer HD (no save). And Cloudkill has no SR check.

One Cloudkill and it's goodbye ubergoblin.

It does have certain weaknesses, but it's a two-headed, six-armed, flying unholy goblin that can breath fire and ice and has the strength of a Storm Giant. I like the idea of the Goblin kicking one of my players and having him soar off over the horizon.

Then you will need to further increase its strength...

The goblin should have padded armor, not leather as it limits his AC dex bonus to 8.

It's only got a +8 Dex modifier...

Touch AC 19, and only +10 on Grapple Checks. A Fighter could take this guy out, easy.

LA is for Players. CR is for DMs. LA is what a Player has to pay in order to play him in a game. CR is what should constitute a reasonable challenge. So, with CR 11, a party of 4 healthy adventurers should be able to take him on in a fight.
If I player wanted to play him, though, his ECL would be 24 (3 HD+21 LA), making him far more powerful than the other PCs most likely. Why any Player would want to is another matter.

As a side note, CRs and LAs arn't an exact science, particularly when adding template upon template. This guy's more of a CR 8 or so, with a LA of around +8 as well, I'd think. LA might be higher, not sure.

I'd estimate the actual LA being around 14 or 15, but I'm not sure. As for the leather armor thing. I fixed it.

Wow, that's really weak. An ECL 11 Swordsage/Master of Nine using Soaring Throw and Aura of Chaos could kill it in 1 round, assuming he flings the Goblin vertically up.

Except it flies, so falling damage isn't going to happen.
