Roy is appearently suffering from an unknown medical condition. As far as I know, he has only showed evidence of this in the first episode, but I do not know for sure. Look closely at the part where Roy notices Elan's Chain Shirt. His left leg seems a bit out of order...

There's only one way to say this... (http://www.localhost.nl/stuff/flash/idiot.swf)

Where this happens, Roy's left leg begins at the left side of his waist.

It was an art glitch! That was way before the upgrade! You ARE an idiot! It isn't an injury, it's the freaking way he's drawn!

Geez, can't anyone appreciate a joke based on a small art glitch?

I would not call that a joke.

Wow, you noticed a detail that doesn't even seem that incongruent to me for stick figures, yet you miss Haley's dangling arm syndrome in the last panel of the same strip.

No. I also wouldn't call it a glitch.

His armor extends a bit further down from his waist, so it may look like the leg is growing from the waist.

Yes, and at the same time, on of Roy's foot is larger than the other. Some weird form of Polio perhaps...:smallconfused:?

... and she's missing her left hand as well.

Didn't notice it until now [... what, two or three years after I first read it?] and it doesn't detract from the comic for me.

He has one boot that is larger than the other, as seen here (http://www.giantitp.com/comics/oots0401.html).

That's because DCs to Detect Sarcasm are increased when online, it's the same as someone being sarcastic with a completely straight and unsarcastic tone.

Using italics and caps, like certain facial experssions and tones, can decrease the DC.
