I discovered this trick (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=57352) a while ago. 1 Warlock or Dragonfire Adept level plus the Blend into Shadows feat lets you Hide in Plain Site every round as a Swift Action all day.

Yesterday while reading the Tome of Battle, I noticed the 4th level (ECL 9) Shadow Sun Ninja ability, Light within Darkness. If you make a melee attack against an opponent on the round after a successful Hide check, all opponents within 60 feet of you that failed to detect you must Save or be Blinded (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/conditionSummary.htm#blinded) for one round. This will utterly screw most enemies, and as a nifty side benefit, Blinded enemies automatically fail any Spot checks. So you'll automatically be able to Hide against them again, and they'll have to make another Save next round or be Blinded for another round. Rinse, lather, repeat.

You may wish to also mix in the Necropolitan template (Libris Mortis), or anything else that gives you the undead type. The Shadow Sun Ninja's first level Touch of the Shadow ability deals negative energy damage equal to your unarmed damage + Wis mod as a standard action, and allows you to heal the same amount of damage as a Swift action the next turn. It's great for infinite out of combat healing for you and your entire party. Furthermore, you'll be immune to Con damage, which means you can use your Balance of Light and Dark level draining ability (ECL 15) with no drawbacks.

I'm also tempted to throw in Frightful Presence (via the feat from the Draconomicon, or a graft from Races of the Dragon) so that your enemies scatter and try to run away from you while Blinded.

Anywho, just wanted to throw that out there for people to play with. Since the requirements are pretty compact there are a ton of different build options.

Builds? Other feats ideas? Fluffy suggestions? Criticisms?

Discuss.
