Hi everyone at GITP! I'd like to submit a race I made so that it may be judged by everyone here. Let me know what you think! No critisism is bad critisism!

Kcworrn

The mysterious Kcworrn, sometimes called under-people or Earthbreds, are creatures that live below the earth in secretive peace. They live beyond the reaches of normal surface-dwellers, but above the foul claws of those in the Underdark. They sometimes surface during nighttime to explore, ducking back into the ground when dawn breaks. Occasionally one will strive to adventure or make a living on the surface, although not many surface-dwellers take to them nicely. They are rumored to have descended from a race of human-elemental hybrids. And because of this, they are rumored to have a very large magical potential.
Kcworrn live off a diet of various rocks, minerals, metals and precious gems, a trait they share with their Delver neighbors. They can manage this with strong acids in their saliva, which can eat through any substance of earthen origin. Due to the slow metabolism caused by their choice in edibles, Kcworrn live for about 570+1d4 years and reach adulthood at age 50.

Personality: Kcworrn are a generally peaceful race, preferring to either run or reason their way out of conflict. They are very hospitable and caring, and enjoy serving as protection to weaker creatures or those in need. Most of the time, a Kcworrn is calm and aloof, but if it leaves the ground for longer than five seconds it will start to get nervous. Kcworrn are also resourceful and smart, a talent they share with their suspicious human ancestry.
Physical Description: Most Kcworrn are shorter than a surface human, usually growing to a maximum of 5 feet, and weighing in at a maximum of 80 pounds. They appear to be little humanoids that are proportionate in every way, except for slightly longish legs and large crescent-shaped ears which allow them to pick up vibrations in their cave environments. They have glowing eyes that tend to be blue, indigo or bright pink, though in daylight and when not in use the glowing isn’t visible. Their hair is usually wild and spiky looking, with sideburns that hang down to their shoulders. Kcworrn hair is usually brown, dark gray, black, or brown with streaks of dark gray and their skin is dirt brown, shale gray, or somewhere in between.
Kcworrn clothing always seems too big for its recipient, and is usually Delver brown and/or obsidian black. The clothes most often seen covering a Kcworrn are pants (often with heavily torn bottoms), a loose, wide sleeved shirt (also usually torn), and a large brown poncho-like covering with the Kcworrn’s family emblem on it (most of the time a precious gem of some sort).
Relations: Kcworrn typically get along with many of the more tolerant races, and ones that share their reverence for the earth and the stones within it. They get along alright with humans, though there are some that don’t find pleasant company in exceedingly tall life forms. Kcworrn get along very well with Dwarves and Halflings, as they all share the same down-to-earth speculations, in both their choice of land and their height. Elves don’t tend to take to Kcworrn so quickly, but they at least respect them for regulating nature where it can’t be seen. Half-Orcs and Kcworrn both hate each other immensely, despising their opposite’s way of living and their respective size. Kcworrn have been known to actually go out of their way to get Half-Orcs convicted, or even seriously hurt.
Alignment: Kcworrn have been known to be Chaotic or Lawful, but most center at Neutrality. Evil Kcworrn aren’t common, but when a Kcworrn is inclined to misdeed, it enjoys it. Most Kcworrn tend to be Good or Neutral, with the Evil ones few and far between.
Religion: While Kcworrn just prefer to worship the soil and stone around them, they also find guiding hands in Fharlaghn, God of Roads. Kcworrn Wizards and Sorcerers like to worship Boccob and Vecna, while Kcworrn rangers prefer Obad-Hai.
Language: All Kcworrn speak Terran, and communicate with others thusly so. Nearly all Kcworrn are taught to speak common at an early age, and a few speak Undercommon. Besides these languages, they also have the ability to learn Dwarven, Gnomish and Ignan, and many Kcworrn know of a few Orcish insults. Kcworrn Wizards can also speak Draconic.
Names: Terro, Madar, Seguin, Karot, Berik, Colio, Rumberk, Naranoc, Kraakus, Benite, Maar, Etlo
Female Names: Cariette, Sipha, Keya, Sele, Kiuria, Nanake, Noka
Family Names: StoneCrush, CaveDweller, RumbleRock, ArrowStone, Stalagmus, Stalactus
Adventurers: Kcworrn adventurers pursue knowledge and unforgettable events, often taking up quests that seem outrageous and unreasonable. Many can be coaxed to join an adventuring party, if they are promised a fair share of treasure. Most Kcworrn adventurers take up Wizardry, Sorcery, or Druidism, but some prefer the role of a Bard or Ranger. There are few Kcworrn Monks.

Racial Bonuses and Penalties:
• Small size.
• +2 to Intelligence. -2 to Charisma.
• The -2 Charisma penalty is disregarded when dealing with earth creatures.
• Darkvision for 60ft.
• Tremorsense for 70ft.
• +1 on attack rolls against creatures with an Air subtype.
• -2 penalty on all saving throws against spells, spell-like abilities, and supernatural abilities with the air subtype or used by creatures of the air subtype, including extraplanar creatures from the Elemental Plane of Air.
• Stability: Gains a +4 bonus on ability checks made to resist being bull rushed or tripped when standing on the ground (but not when climbing, flying, riding, or otherwise not standing firmly on the ground).
• +4 Racial Bonus to Listen checks and a +6 bonus to climb checks (only applies to stone surfaces).
• Kcworrn also obtain the following abilities upon reaching certain levels.

Acidic Saliva (Ex): Starting from first level, any Kcworrn can spit at or (if in an emergency) bite an opponent for 1d6 points of Acid damage (+1 if biting). The range increment for spitting is 15ft, but the saliva loses much of it’s potency after 10ft, and for the remaining 5 feet can only cause 1 point of Acid damage. The acid reacts much better with substances of earthen origin, such as stone, metal and gems, and causes them to melt very quickly (1d4 seconds), turning them into a mineral rich soup that the Kcworrn can ingest for sustenance. As such, the acid does +5 damage to a creature or Construct made of stone, metal or gems. A Kcworrn is not affected at all by its own saliva, or that of other Kcworrn, although matters of hygiene still come into question.

Earth Magic Specialist (Ex): Starting from first level, any spell that has a subtype of Earth is instantly learned by a Kcworrn that shares its mandatory caster level.

Minor/Major Tremor (Ex): Upon reaching 8th level, three times a day, a Kcworrn can rupture the ground directly around it by stomping with great force. This Minor Tremor affects the 8 tiles around the user, causing jagged rocks to jettison out of the ground. If a creature is within this range, it must succeed a DC15 Reflex check or else it takes 3d6 points of piercing damage. The sharp rocks then stay there until beaten down, crushed, shaped, or otherwise moved or disposed of in any way. Getting pushed into these rocks while they are still stuck up causes 2 piercing damage (provided they are still sharp), and getting bull rushed into them causes 4 +1 for each size the rusher is greater than the target.
Upon 16th level, once per day, a Kcworrn gains the ability to cause a Major Tremor (and also gains an additional three Minor Tremors a day). This attack is similar to that of its predecessor, but a Major Tremor affects the 24 tiles around the user, again rupturing the ground and sending spiked stones through the floor. The first 8 tiles directly around the user contain large rocks that cause 12d6 damage to those above them, and send the victim flying back 15 feet, unless the victim can manage a DC25 Reflex check. The remaining 16 tiles around the first 8 contain rocks akin to those caused by a Minor Tremor.
The large rocks in the inner ring of tiles can be treated as cover, and the user must climb out the rocks (DC15) to advance past them.

Terraform (Sp): Upon reaching 10th level, 10 times a day, a Kcworrn can shape an object made of stone as a Stone Shape spell cast by a level 11 Wizard, disregarding any spell components needed.

Earthen Master (Su): Upon reaching 20th level, a Kcworrn has truly become an earthen being. Its skin has hardened, giving it a +5 AC bonus.

This is a +1 Level adjustment, if only just.

I'd say closer to a +3 at first level because of this:

Earth Magic Specialist (Ex): Starting from first level, any spell that has a subtype of Earth is instantly learned by a Kcworrn that shares its mandatory caster level.

Also, the LA should increase by 1 at levels 8 and 16 and maybe 10 due to the extremely powerful abilities gained. However, if all races gains abilities as they level that are of the same power level, then ignore that part.

Additionally, you need to fix the wording at some parts. Replace "8/24 tiles around the user" in the Tremor ability to "40ft/120ft radius centered on the Kcworn". Then in the second bullet of the racial traits, reword it to something like this: "A Kcworn gains a +2 bonus to all charisma checks when dealing with creatures with the Earth subtype." Also, 70ft tremorsense is an odd range, stick with 30ft, 60ft, 80ft, or 120ft (in the extreme).

If you need a better breakdown of abilities to determine a more solid LA estimate, just ask and I'll do so when I get the time.

That's not quite as powerful as it looks because it doesn't actually give the character a means to cast those spells. Obviously, it's a lot better for spontaneous casters, but still a good ability nonetheless. I think it should add another +1 for a total of +2.

I agree with Lord Tataraus, this race probably does require some sort of increasing LA, due to its powerful racial abilities.

And again, with this:

Earth Magic Specialist (Ex): Starting from first level, any spell that has a subtype of Earth is instantly learned by a Kcworrn that shares its mandatory caster level.

I sure HOPE you mean that only applies to spellcasters.

Other than that, I have one minor nitpick:

Due to the slow metabolism caused by their choice in edibles, Kcworrn live for about 570+1d4 years and reach adulthood at age 50.

570+1d4 years for their maximum age? Why only +1d4? With the three longest lived races in the PHB (dwarves, elves, gnomes) they have +2d%, +4d%, and +3d% years to their maximum ages, respectively. My point is, you should probably put some more variation in their maximum ages.
