I thought Brute as well, but looks way too small in comparison to the SPARTAN judging by the info I've seen on them. And the body doesn't seem consistent with the info I've seen on Elites either.

Xenomorphs have a drooling mouth with a second mouth on their tongue, Predators have manibles that expose their mouth.
Elites have four manibles instead of jaws. And no tongue for some reason.

They are both good...Doom is good too, so is far Cry...and S.T.A.L.K.E.R. is kinda good (but not THAT good), and F.E.A.R. is good (best AI)...Soldier of Fortune...another good one...*brainstorms some more FPS names*

Edit: Oh yes, please (if you do the idea) PLEASE don't name him 434 Innocent Volt. I was planning to make an obvious pardy of the Guilty Spark in MY comic, and that was the name I choose for him.

1) yes.
2) because I'm now using Inkscape (but had to use an older program for comic 11)

Spartan III are wear EVA armour, it says so in the Halo novel called Ghost of Onyx right? And the surviving people of the SIII project stuck inside the world Onyx's security chamber.

I'm rather pleased about the neon sign, I think it turned out rather well.

Appearance
Baldur's coat is old and partially encrusted with mud at the bottom. His vest is, however, pristine, coloured blood red. His ruffled collar has very small red specks often mistaken for stitching, but which are actually dried blood. His hair is lanky and knotted, falling into locks. His skin is pale, but his eyes are a distinct red colour, and several bony growths are plainly evident on his face (A result of repeated chemical experimentation, which also allowed him abnormal climatological survival capacities and enhanced stamina). His beard is well maintained and frames his mouth and it's serpentine tongue (Figuratively speaking). Strangely his feet are adorned by woodstained oaken sandals with a red threading, a distinct contrast to his otherwise fairly regal appearance.

Personality
Baldur is incrediably suave, and he quite rarely speaks on level-footing with others. He makes a habit of never cursing, unless the curse is literal. He often uses euphemism to state precisely what he wants in an entirely innocent manner. For example, instead of saying "I've killed the child and buried him in the garden", he would instead say "The boy got a cut from an errant knife in the kitchen, but I saw to it and he's around in the mud outside". This way, he can avoid lying in the absolute sense. When faced with someone he knows will die soon, he makes little effort to conceal his motives, but often trails off into alternative topics.

Habbits
Baldur is a serial killer of children, typically between 6 and 11 years old. He believes that as a life matures it is corrupted by the influences of the world, so by killing them as children he leaves them innocent and pure. He describes the last shred of life bleeding out of his victims as "the most beautiful thing to be seen".

When he is killing children, he wears a leather apron to avoid getting blood on his clothing. His trademark grin as he stalks the streets for victims has earned the mystery killer the nickname "Smiling Jack".

Profession
Baldur runs a very successful porting business, sending packages all across the nation. He often uses concealed compartments in his vehicles to dump the bodies of his victims in far away areas, generally along well-travelled roads.

Baldur's modus operandi is to stalk the streets late at night in irregular intervals sometimes stretching as much as a week. He will snatch children from their gardens, the streets, and even their beds if such a thing can be accomplished with a minimum of noise. He then returns to his home with them and dons his leather apron, at which point he usually hangs, drowns, stabs, drugs, or cuts them until they are dead, watching their eyes intently. Few bodies, if any, are ever found.

Baldur makes his residence in a manor house on the top of a hill in the small village of Lordurn, staffed by half a dozen maids and butlers. He uses chemicals in their meals to keep them complacently quiet about the odd occurances around his home, many of which betray his serial killer nature.

Race:Grunt
Personality: He as a cute demeaner but you must not be fooled, for he is bad to the bone, and cares only for one thing: killing all humans, then elites, then all other covedent spieces except for grunts! He is quite intelligent but often acts childish. He usually uses deception to get his way, as he will trick people into giving him what he wants, which is how he conned his way to being leader of the covedent. Of course, none of of the other covedent know about his plan to kill them.
Habbits: Uses leetspeak. Often throwing his minion's lives away for "the good of the mission". Yelling really loudly when something goes wrong. Using childish language. Often saying out loud what his plan is (but his underlings are too dumb to notice). Convicing the protoginists he is actually a good guy captured by bad guys and is a slave, then turning on them after he as gained their trust and it is easy to do so.
Facts: Is leader of the covedent dispite mission to kill them. He reports to a higher authority but we don't know who it is. He is the first grunt to have a prophet's position. He has the prophet's floating chair and the weapons it has.

Okay, something I can actually participate in! A character-making contest thingie:
May I present: Trojan-One-Eight-Seven?
[center]There is no picture
Name: Trojan 187
Birthname: Mikhail <Surname not recorded>
Race: Cybernetically enhanced proto-human
Appearance: Trojan 187, Mikhail, Hides underneath a suit of armor which, while it bears a physical resembalance (In ways except for color, Trojan armor is blue) to the Spartan-II's MJLONIR, contains almost none of the same systems. Unit 187's armor is outfitted with enhanced actuators ((If you've seen S-Cry-D, think something like Straight Cougar's Alter)), which work in conjuction with his implants to increase his base land speed to an excess of seventy miles per hour at a full run. The Trojan's Helmet bears a small, seemingly superflourus crest, which houses the shield-generator storage unit. Additonally, the viewplate for the helemt is not face-concealing (The civilian corporation resomnsible for the manufacture of the Trojans had read the Evil Overlord List.) Mikhail's eyes a dark blue, with pale skin (all that time in the armor means little to no sunlight, and relativly thin, with a scar running through his left eye, and a second flowing across his chin.
Personality: Like the Spartan-IIs, the Trojans were kidnapped from their respective home planets while extremly young, and were brought up in a strict, controlled enviroment. This has left its impression upon the subjects, and Mikhail in particular, he was cold, calculating, and what one may be tempted to call "emotionless". His plans were well laid out Xanatos Gambits, with picture-perfect execution. Mikhail did not "wing it", by any means, and became enraged at the simple suggestion of execution without foreward planning
Then, the subjects were implanted.
Mikhail's personality, while always far from sunny, took an unexpected turn. Instead of his body rejecting the implants (as is what happened with the great majority of Trojan Subjects, who all suffered long, agaonising deaths as a result), his brain grew extra connetions to their parts, fusing more than perfectly with the machines.
During this process, hthe already under-developed emotional centers of his brain were all but extinguished. The one surving area, which flourished with the new implants, was the pleasure center.
Trojan-One-Eight-Seven is the Perfect Hedonist as a result. Now weighed down by mercy, or comapassion, he killed the majority of the other Trojan Subjects in a wargame in which they were supposed to experiment with the full extent of their new implants.
And it was fun.
So fun, he still hasn't stopped.
Habits: Mikhail is, as previously mentioned very meticulous, he never adresses his followers directly, always working through proxies. With no morality left to speak of, he constantly insults (using rather colorful language) his followers, advisors, prospective girlfriends, and small children. And enterprising (and now dead) underling once installed a profanity filter inside his suit, so that it issues a loud, flat tone whenever he curses. As a ressult, this tone is the most common sound when Trojan 187 speaks.

I was just a little scared because Megadoomer doesn't really seem to follow through on the webcomics he makes. First, he makes "The Mission", an ABR backstory, then "A Memory of Doom", and then "Honor in Battle"! All died!
