What items or weapon abilities are out there that "burn" cleric undead turning attempts to create a more useful effect?

All I've found so far is the "Divine Wrath" Weapon Ability (MiC p.33)
I'm looking for a wider range of use for the binder vestige Teneborous' undead turning attempts...anything else out there?

Page 71 of http://www.crystalkeep.com/d20/rules/DnD3.5Index-Feats.pdf contains a lot of feats which Clerics can use with Turn Undead uses. Could a Binder use them as well?

Theres a feat in either the complete divine, or libris mortis that allows a greater turning (as sun domain ability) if you spend 2 attempts at once.

This page mentioned feats from several books: http://realmshelps.dandello.net/datafind/feats.shtml . It could contain a few feats which aren't on Crystal Keep.

Unfortunately, he said items.

I don't think a binder could qualify for divine feats, as he doesn't have Turn Undead unless he's bound Tenebrous that day.

I don't know; supposedly you can qualify for a feat because of an ability granted by an item, and being able to give yourself the feat's requirement on any given day with no need for anything but chalk and a flat surface seems a lot less absurd. You just wouldn't be able to use the feats unless you did have Tenebrous bound.
