Cast a spell from a scroll.

Free action: drop used scroll.

Move to U11.

Free action: give the finger to the neanderthal.

Stats:
HP: 13/13
AC: 20 (+4 Shield 1/10)
0 lvl spells: 5
1 lvl spells: 4
Familiar hiding somewhere in Y14...dunno what modifiers I have to apply to the roll, but probably the opponent wont bother to roll a spot check, or even look for him, since he has me in his sights... if my familiar cant hide in this arena, he is in one of my outfits pocket...

@the BAM

Nothing in this arena blocks LoS so there in no way to hide unless your familiar can "hide in plain sight," is invisible, or somehow gets cover or concealment.

SRD-You need cover or concealment in order to attempt a Hide check. Total cover or total concealment usually (but not always; see Special, below) obviates the need for a Hide check, since nothing can see you anyway.

If your familiar stays behind, post out of spoilers for your opponent what square it's in. If it hides (and can fit) in a pocket, total concealment means auto success on the hide check.
