Lowest stats

I'm trying to make a really weak character, but he's level 24. What would be the lowest stats that he could have?

What? 1/1/1/1/1/1 You can do that. Just have somebody ability drain you until you have that. Why do this though? It's pointless.

What you need, is nup-nup (this is not an angram. There is an actual build called this), or his relatives.

I recommend the psion who turns himself into a sandwich. Because a sandwich which turns people into frogs is awesome.

Well, just use 0 point buy or something and keep straight 8s in all your stats. Or use the "common array" or whatever it's called that monsters get (three 10s and three 11s). Or if you're feeling a bit more adventurous, the standard array of 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8.

Mind telling us what this is for or why you need bad stats?

actually, you have to have 3 int, otherwise you can't play.

If you use the roll 4 dice and drop the lowest number method, the lowest possible (without ability drain or other effects, and not factoring in racial modifiers) would be 3/3/3/3/3/3. You would still have to increase a stat once for every four levels though...
