hello all
inspired by the New World gaming articles, i've decided to start my own campaign setting to run my sessions in. one of my first few decisions were to cut flavour stats (like weapon familiarity), cut mental ability score increases/decreases, and make the races more or less distinct species (and kill half-breeds in the proccess). thus one of the first things i did was cut the dwarf and half orc. missing a fighter/barbarian race, i decided to try and use the bugbear.
thus my mission is this: to cut out the charisma penalty, and balance the race to get rid of the level adjustment. i'm going to try for ability score adjustments: str +2, dex -2, and con +2.
