The Partition

"Walls, they divide us, separate us, keep us safe, the ultimate form of safely and control, and I control them." - A high level Partition

A Partition focuses on dividing, separating, controlling, believing the best offense is a good defense, and the best way to win a battle is to divide and conquer. Although most spellcasters shun Partitions for being too specialized, but Partitions embrace the safety and protection of being walled up, or at least walling up their opponents.

Requirements

Skills:
Knowledge (Arcana): 8 ranks,
Spellcraft: 8 ranks
Special: Must know and have casted 3 different spells with the word "wall" in their names.

Skills: Concentration (Con), Craft (Int), Decipher Script (Int), Knowledge (all skills, taken individually) (Int), Profession (Wis), and Spellcraft (Int).

Specialization: The Partition is an expert of defensive magic and control on the battlefield, they are not one for blasting, intruding, or destruction. As such, once a Partition takes their first level, their spell lists and magic casting change as though they were specialized in the school of Abjuration, and their prohibited schools were Necromancy and Evocation. This carries with it all the effects and bonuses as normal for specialization, save for one differences. The following spells are not treated as Evocation for a Partition, but instead of the Abjuration school:

3rd level:
Tiny Hut

4th level:
Resilient Sphere
Wall of Fire
Wall of Ice

5th level:
Wall of Force

6th level:
None

7th level:
Forcecage

8th level:
Telekinetic Sphere

9th level:
None

We don't need no thought control: At second level, a Partition has become even more sure of their defense and has started forming a strong mental defense. A Partition's Will save gains a +3 morale bonus.

Wall Affinity:At third level, a Partition has become extremely adapt at using the Wall spells to block off opponents, shape the battlefield, ect. Once they reach third level, a Partition may cast spells with the word Wall in them spontaneously, as a good cleric spontaneously casts cure spells, or a druid spontaneously casts Nature's ally spells.

Tear down the Wall!: At fourth level, a Partition has become not only well versed in the construction of walls, they have also becomes experts at knocking them down. A number of times per day equal to their Partition level, a Partition may chose an effect of the Abjuration school that they are aware of within 100 ft, and attempt to dispel it as with the Dispel Magic spell, with a roll of d20 plus Partition level times. If the Abjuration effect is centered on a creature, the Partition must make a ranged touch attack first, and if that succeeds, they may attempt to dispel the effect.

Wrong! Do it Again!: Not every wall is perfect. Sometimes walls get misplaced or stop being of use immediately after being casted. Once per day at 5th level, twice per day at 7th level, and three times per day at ninth level, a Partition may choose an active spell with a name with the word wall in it, and move it to another location within 100 ft. of both the Partition and the wall in question. The wall does not need to be a spell the Partition, just a spell with a name that has the word wall in it

Hey! Teacher! Leave those kids alone!: At 6th level, a Partition gains the ability to do what few other spellcasters can, place walls where creatures are already standing. As often as they like, a Partition may spend a full round action and 2 castings of any given wall spell to place the wall in a place that another creature is already standing. The creature is shunted without harm to the closest square, and the one farthest away from the caster if two or more are equally close.

You are all just bricks in the Wall: At 10th level, a Partition truly understands the true nature of defensive magic and walls. Once per day, a Partition may unleash all their defensive magic, spending a full round action to cast a number of walls equal to the number of hostile creatures within 100 ft. of the caster.

Help and criticism (Helpful criticism the best) is helpful, balance help and other stuff would be very helpful.

Let me just say, It takes skill to base a PRC entierly off a song.

To be fair, it was a rock opera, so it was a few songs.

However, I appreciate the complement very much.

i like the idea, but i think your limiting your self but just having this guy make wall. I think he would be more like the song if you threw in more mental domination, draining other's will (to make them fight better of course) and some sort of ability to make everybody think hte sime for hte sake of defense, more sinister and less limiting

Kudos for the song however

See, I didn't really want him to embody the entire life of Pink though, just the first part and the walling off part, not the Neo-Nazi part.

However, you do make a good point, it is a little limited, but thats what it was intended to be, a very specialized defensive spellcaster.
