Hey guys,
Last night, I went and saw Mark Knopfler play on world tour in Berkley, the Greek Theater. It was sick, let me tell you, they played some of the newer stuff like sailing to Philadelphia, and true love will never fade, but they also played a lot of the good old dire straits songs, including Sultans of Swing, Brothers in arms, and Telegraph Road. It was so awesome. Anyways, if you want to respond to that short rant you can.

rant?

It sounds like you had a great time.

Mark Knopfler is the awesome. I especially like his newer stuff.

But shouldn't this thread be in media discussions?

Mark Knopfler and Dire Straits are recent additions to my mp3 collection, and are already among my favorites. I'd love to see him live.

It was so awesome. I got a free copy of kill to get crimson when I bought the ticket online, and I heard the music on it, and I was excited. But I'm a bit of a dire straits freak, so I was wishing for at least one dire straits song, but they actually played a lot. It was so amazing that I couldn't feel the intense cold of a California summer (summer seems colder here, I swear).
