In doing some unrelated research, I came across a piece of information that may be of interest to some of the Playgrounders - Mysterious Cities of Gold is finally going to be released on DVD! Those of you who grew up in the 80s might remember it as that awesome cartoon on Nickelodeon with Esteban and Mendoza, and the flying ship, and an actual story arc. Based on this site (http://www.tvshowsondvd.com/news/Mysterious-Cities-Gold-DVDs-Delayed/10392), the release date in the US should be sometime in 2009. I don't often say this, but this time it's merited: Huzzah!
