Go to the Homebrew (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=15) forum with this.

Before everything else, this should be in the Hombrew section (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=15). A mod can move it.

On their stat modifiers, official races always have even-numbered stat modifiers. If you don't want to go with that, though, I personally see no reason to.

In the "Canopy Dweller" section, take out the clause saying "the maximum distance a thykirin can jump is 50 feet." If you leave that in, it means that even with really good jump checks, they have a limit to how far they can jump; no other race does.
By "natural 15" in jump and climb, what exactly do you mean? That they automatically get a minimum of 15 on jump and climb checks? That they have a +15 racial bonus on jump and climb? This needs to be clarified.

I'd say that they are too strong for a normal race, mainly due to the extra arms. They should probably have some level adjustment (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/monsters/intro.htm#Level%20Adjustment), though I'll leave it to those with more experience than myself to say how much.

See my commentary/clarification on your repost in Homebrew.

BTW, stats are always even modifiers to prevent minimaxing. With say, a +1 Dex/-1 Str modifiers, you can put an odd roll/buy in both stats, and have your Dex modifer increase without taking a penalty to your actual Strength modifier/
