I finally gave in and tried listening to M.C. Frontalot. It's last.fm's fault, really. I don't usually listen to music for the lyrics, so I was pleasantly surprised when I liked It Is Pitch Dark.

Anyway, I want to listen to more but when I put on random songs of his they just don't interest me. What I'd like is a list of songs (Frontalot or otherwise) that will help me get into the genre. I have a hard time picking out lyrics in rap, so the songs need to be catchy enough that I'll find them interesting whether or not I can understand them. I just want a few songs that epitomize the nerdcore genre so I know whether or not it's something I can get into and appreciate.

MC Chris is an acquired taste for most people, not the best place to start -and, once AGAIN, nearly all the good songs aren't on youTube for some reason. Ya think the nerd rappers might be watching the tubes for copyright violations?
