She looks around at the small gaggle of people wandering around, and pulls out a couple of lemons, a salt shaker, and a bottle of clear liquid with what appears to be a small, red, plastic Mexican hat on top. She slices up the lemons and deals out the liquid into her shotglasses that look rather a lot like miniature beer stines.

Sprouting from the shadows on Alucard's shoulder is a massive black creature with a wide, toothy mouth. As it emerges further, it appears to be a giant canine of some sort. Its jaws open wide and lower themselves over Liriel's head as the pair continue to descend.

So precisely what makes an after-party different from the prom? Are we in a different venue? Could we light a bonfire in the woods and toast marshmallows round it? I'm totally up for that, toasting marshmallows and singing songs.

Ok, I've gathered the firewood and set it up round the back near the orchard. The marshmallows are ready, but I need someone to help me light the fire. Oh, and are there any acoustic guitar players available for campfire songs? I prefer Irish favourites like "The Wild Rover", but any style is good.
