Most sentient humanoids in the universe instinctively form into groups, for safety and company. Those who manipulate reality through the power of their minds - psions - are no different. Detailed below are three organised groups of psions; the Order of the Hidden Blade, the Shadows, and the Enthralled.
Each group has a detailed history, an appropriate ten-level prestige class, and several exclusive powers.

The Order of the Hidden Blade
Several hundred years ago, there was an attempt on the life of a king. The attempt was made by several skilled assassins armed with both steel and magic, and was organised by the king's niece, Lady Fariah. When the killers revealed themselves and attacked, they were dispatched in seconds by a visiting psion from the North.
After the Lady had been locked away (for a very long time), the king expressed his gratitude for the psion by giving him a knighthood. Sir Kelis became the King's personal bodyguard, and almost never left his side.
After more than fifteen years, the old king died. The many factions at court maneuvred for control of his only heir, but all were rebuffed by Sir Kelis. As the boy grew into a man, Kelis established an order of knights that used not only their blades, but also their minds. When King Royce took the throne, the Order of the Hidden Blade was ready to serve him.
For centuries the Order has served the throne, in many roles. Bodyguards and spies, advisors and assassins, they are a force to be feared.
PCs wishing to join the Order must prove themselves to the head of the Order; this generally consists of three tasks:
1 - The PC must stay awake and on guard for twenty-four hours, and then face a Knight of the Order at the end of that period.
2 - The PC must protect an unarmed Knight through a gauntlet of traps and Knights.
3 - The PC must complete a mission of the Order's choice. These missions are generally extremely difficult; it is not uncommon for those who attempt them to die.
Knight of the Hidden Blade
To become a Knight of the Hidden Blade requires mastery of your body and mind; those few who achieve this unity enter the ranks of the most secretive public organisation in the kingdom.
Prerequisites: BAB +5, ability to manifest 5th level powers, Weapon Focus (any), Weapon Specialization (any)

Knight of the Hidden Blade Abilities
Inner Strength - at 1st level, a Knight has mastered their mind, and control it flawlessly. Once per day, while making a Will save, a Knight may add a bonus equal to their Knight level.
Psychic Blade - at 3rd level, a Knight's blade is more than physical; it wounds the mind as well as the body. As long as the Knight has a power point in reserve, any slashing weapon they wield deals an additional 1d6 damage.
Outer Strength - at 5th level, a Knight can control their own body through the power of their mind. Once per day, when making a Fortitude save, a Knight may add a bonus equal to their Knight level.
Soulgaze - at 8th level, a Knight feel insincerity and see lies. A Knight gains a +4 supernatural bonus on all Sense Motive checks.
Unity of Spirit - at 10th level, a Knight no longer makes a distinction between bladework and psionic powers. Whenever a Knight hits an opponent with a slashing attack, the Knight may spend any amount of power point. The attack deals that much extra damage.
Order of the Hidden Blade Powers
The Order has several methods of manifestation that have been kept secret for centuries; they are taught only to Order members, and guarded closely. Knights who betray these secrets are expelled from the Order with their memory wiped.

Until the manifester's next round, all attacks made within 30ft have a 10% miss chance.
Level: Psion/wilder 3, psychic warrior 3
Time: 2 rounds
Duration: 1 hour
Power Points: 6
If within 10ft of the target, the manifester of this power can tell whenever the target lies. Shading and rewording is not detected.
Level: Psion/wilder 4
