Looks like this would be intended for the Gaming Forum... And the answer to that for D&D 3.5E is that Protection from Arrows functions equally well against ALL ranged weapons, but can be bypassed by Magical Enhancement bonus of +1 or higher.
Yes, unless the rifle bullets are wielded as improvised melee weapons.
This should really go in gaming, or better yet, simple Q&A.
Edit: Ninja'd.

Gaming is your Forum, my friend.
I read the title as "Physical Fitness Assesment work with bullets".
That seemed ... interesting, at the very least.

I always thought it would be cool to have a magic rifle... Nobody I game with has ever done anything modern and allowed magic, tho. :smallannoyed:

Colonel Volgin (http://wiki.dot-totally.co.uk/Colonel_Volgin) agrees with that.

Me too.

Making fun of someone because their writing is a little hard to understand and they sometimes post non sequiturs in the wrong forum = Ok.
Making fun of someone while contributing nothing of value to the thread? I'm thinking not so much ok...

Nah, this thread was fine. The last one about arrows was tricky but this was a step up.
