No idea what levels these should be. I was aiming for heroic. So two things:
1. If you think rings are Paragon/Epic tier items and should stay that way, I respect that opinion. I want low-level rings.
2. Are these low level? What level specifically? I have no idea how to set levels for magic items.
So here we go:
Ring of Fiery Striking
+1 to damage for any attack with the fire keyword.
+2 Item bonus to Reflex defense
Power, Daily (minor): Your next melee attack gains the fire keyword and deals an extra 1d6 fire damage
Ring of Shocking Striking
+1 to damage for any attack with the lightning keyword
+2 Item bonus to Initiative
Power, Daily (minor): Your next melee attack gains the lighting keyword and deals an additional 1d6 lighting damage. The target is immobilized until the end of your next turn.
Ring of Forceful Striking
+1 to damage for any attack with the force keyword
+2 Item bonus to Strength checks to force a door or move a heavy object
Power, Daily (minor): Your next melee attack gains the force keyword and deals an additional 1d6 force damage. It also pushes the target three squares and knocks them prone.
Ring of Necrotic Striking
+1 to damage for any attack with the necrotic keyword
Gain 2 temporary hit points when you use your second wind
Power, Daily (minor): Your next melee attack gains the necrotic keyword and deals an additional 1d6 necrotic damage. You also gain temporary hit points equal to the damage you dealt.
Ring of Radiant Striking
+1 to damage for any attack with the radiant keyword
Once per encounter, when you heal an ally, they regain an additional 2 hit points.
Power, Daily (minor): Your next melee attack gains the Radiant keyword and deals an additional 1d6 radiant damage. The target is blinded (save ends.)
Ring of Sonorous Striking
+1 to damage for any attacks with the thunder keyword
+2 to Intimidate checks
Power, Daily (minor): Your next melee attack gains the Thunder keyword and deals an additional 1d6 thunder damage. The target is deafened (save ends.)
Ring of Venomous Striking
+1 to damage for any attacks with the poison keyword
+2 Item bonus to saving throws vs. poison
Power, Daily (minor) Your next melee attack gains the poison keyword and deals an additional 1d6 poison damage and ongoing 5 poison damage (save ends)
Ring of Mental Striking
+1 to damage for any attacks with the psychic keyword
+2 Item bonus to Will defense
Power, Daily (minor) Your next melee attack gains the psychic keyword, and deals an additional 1d6 psychic damage.
Ring of Corrosive Striking
+1 to damage for any power with the acid keyword
+2 Item bonus to Fortitude defense
Power, Daily (minor) Your next melee attack gains the acid keyword, and deals an additional 1d6 acid damage.
Ring of Icy striking
+1 to damage for any power with the cold keyword
When slowed, you can move 3 squares (instead of the usual two.)
Power, Daily (minor) Your next melee attack gains the cold keyword, and deals an additional 1d6 cold damage. The target is slowed (save ends)
