Now, here (http://www.giantitp.com/comics/erf0113.html) is a couple of shots of Ansom's council. I'm sure you can find better, but I couldn't find any off hand.

So, we're referencing panel 7, where you get a clear look at the RL gaming buddies of Parson.

Panel 2, in the 'foreground', he looks a lot like the first guy. Black chick is also in that panel. The next buddy is the Sofa King guy. Then a... Marbit? He did discuss marbits with Parson a page or two previously...

"Marbits" is pretty clearcut. The correspondences of Erfworld characters to Parson's gaming group is a bit more of a stretch, but I can see it as a possibility.

There's a lot more similarity with Team Stanley. From left to right on your real world pic, you've got Stanley, Wanda, Bogroll, and Sizemore.
