(I hope this is the right forum for this).
Some years ago, I would vote for OOTS on one of those webcomic ratings sites. I found another highly rated webcomic and read it, but I can't for the life of me remember its name. All I can remember is that it was sketched, it had a troubled and dreamy girl, and a whale.
Any ideas?
