Watchmen - OOTS Style

I hope this is the right category for this thread.

Is it possible that you could remake any comic with OOTS characters? If so, I if someone remade Watchmen in OOTS style, I would like to propose the following:

Elan - Nite Owl II
Haley - Silk Spectre II
Roy - Rorschach
Belkar - The Comedian
Varsuuvius - Ozymandias
Durkon - Dr. Manhattan (All blue, but short and talks in Durkon's accent.)

Hinjo - Nite Owl I (He has a dog, and Hinjo has Argent. It's perfect.)
Lien - Silk Spectre I
Moloch - Lord Shinjo

And that's all I could think of for now. Please post your thoughts and suggestions.

Celia is most definitely not SSII

Haley is slightly closer to original SS

Elan shouldn't be anyone.

Roy is a mix of both Nite Owls to me however this would break with

I meant for a comical parody of Watchmen with OOTS characters. Not remaking it exactly the way it is. Because even I can't imagine (using Berserk Monk suggestions) O-Chul, Durkon, and Elan standing over Xykon's corpse while Miko stands nearby with 'The End is Nigh.'

I'm not entirely sure casting the character with the highest Intelligence of Oots as the undisputed smartest man on earth really counts as irony, to be honest.
