Recently I've stumbled across the trailer for an independent film that has been deemed good enough to ship out nation-wide. The premise is that a team of child detectives have held on to their hobby long past when it stopped being cute. One day, they are contacted by a little girl to solve the mystery of her murdered parents.
The reason that I think it appeals to me is the horrible twisting of what people once thought good an wholesome (see: Venture Brothers). Links are as follows. Warning about the trailer: LANGUAGE
