Most middle school students are less than 14 years old.

There could be 18 year olds in middle school! :smallcool: (then again, I don't think 18 year olds that are still in middle school should be allowed to have children.)

Hmmm.... revel in the joy for tonight. Because in the morning comes the crushing realization that your life as you know it has ended. I don't know the specifics, age, living status, school status, employed, ect... But having a kid means you are going to have to be an adult in the adult world. I wish you the best of luck in this endeavor. Cheers.

That is not a good idea on these forums where people get to know each other. Perhaps you could speak in a different color when it is the older (or younger).
New account is a better idea.

19 is still a little young in my nearly 17 year old eyes for parent-hood, but I'm not judging you, congratulations! I hope everything goes awesome!

You guys might wanna watch that. Pretty sure it's a bannable offence.

I cannot find the specific thread because board issues does not keep threads beyond the first page and I'm too lazy to trawl through Roland's posts looking for the ruling.

BUT, I am almost certain has been specifically prohibited to share an account, because of the implications: Suppose that someone committed an infraction? Who is responsible? The confusion was the primary cited concern.

However, it's not in the rules and I cannot find the "precedent post" by Roland. I am almost certain it was not said to be a "banning offense" (which is to say something you can be banned for outright), but I can't say.

Also, I don't think you get banned for having more than one account. They merely close all but your primary and transfer all posts and infractions. If you have more than enough infractions spread out to elicit a ban, however... Well, then it's a banning offense.

Also, also:

Congrats. My best friend's sister had a daughter when she was 19 and stepped up admirably. The girl is adorable and unlike their older sister who pretty much had her parents raising her daughter (yet they want another one :smallconfused:), she has raised the child with limited help from her parents. I don't envy her, but she's done a damn good job and shown it is very possible.

Where's the problem? I'm 19 and a University. It's not the being in school part that caused confusion. But, at least here in the US, you have to have a BS degree before you can even apply for law school, let alone enroll. That means that if he were actually already in law school at 19, he'd have to have some unusual explanation about how he finished all of the prerequisite schooling so early.

To the pops-to-be, congratulations and good on you for stepping up. People gave me a load of crap when I had a kid so young (younger than you are) but were pleasantly surprised when I dedicated myself to doing it right. It's true you're in for a rough time if you're schooling at the same time, but don't give up on either one. Do as much reading on the subject matter as you can. Ask a lot of questions when you're at the doctor's office with her. Listen to all of the advice, but don't be afraid to disagree with any of it. You'll be just fine. :smallcool:

Technically, you only need a BA, which is slightly more do-able by 19... Altho I'm curious about the finances. Problem I see: Law school tends to involve loans, and debt. Parents of babies need to be making positive economic headway, not negative.

Never going to happen. The beauty of the humor is lost forever. It would be lunacy to reveal it, even in the last strip. Take it to the grave, Giant! (If even you have a gender for V anymore. Personally, I find it kinda annoying that people get so excited about it. V is a character, or, from the comic perspective, a person. Why is the gender so important?) [/threadjack]

Parents of babies need to be making positive economic headway, not negative.Just a nitpick? I meant only that you need to have a bachelor's degree, be it an arts or sciences focus. It's still a (typically) four year degree.
