My 4.0 DM Has allowed me to homebrew stuff that is really powerful, then, when I tone it down, he lets me have it.
I can transform into a dragon 1/day, giving me breath weapon and some Natural Armor.
I can shoot a 20-foot wide net 1/encounter. I have 3 encounter slots left. Homebrew away!:smallbiggrin:
