So, I stumbled upon the need to draw things on Adobe Flash CS4 and its not being as much user friendly as I hoped... Anyone knows anything about it or anywhere where I can get some useful drawing tutorials for this?

Why use flash? :smallconfused: I mean, if you're gonna draw something on a program that you have to pay for, there's plenty of other much better ones.

Not to mention that if you have Flash, you probably have Illustrator.

Well, Flash is more like a traditional drawing program (i.e. paint) than things like Illustrator. I never use Flash for anything serious, but it's a lot easier to doodle in.
If you're still interested, just ask Tiffanie Lirle. I think she uses Flash.
My advice is if you need to draw anything for Flash to do it in Illustrator and import it. I've always found the odd manner in which Flash (at least older versions of it, I haven't tried CS4) handles shapes to be unintuitive for me after I got used to the way Illustrator handled the same objects. Anyway, that's what I've done when I've had to create complex vector objects for Flash on the job. Have fun!
